Xperia Mini/pro :: ICS Error Syncing To Company Exchange Server?
Jul 3, 2012I had previously set up my mini pro to sync with my company's exchange server, first when it was running 2.4, and maintained the data when I upgraded to ICS.
It stopped working last week, so I erased the data and thought I could re-configure it again. However, no matter how many times I input the various settings, it still won't create the account.
Is this an inherent problem with ICS running on mini pros? Or is the manufacturer pushing me towards the bundled Moxier Pro app?
Xperia Ray :: Stock Weather Widget Not Accessible From Alternate Launcher
Jun 3, 2012I'm on the latest official ICS 4.0.4. I was using the stock weather widget when using the stock Xperia Home Launcher. I just changed to Nova Launcher, which I find better than the stock launcher. However, now I find that I cannot access the Weather Widget from the Widget Menu. Most/all other widgets seem to be listed there, but the weather widget is missing!
Is there any way I can get this widget on Nova? I really liked that widget, and it seemed fairly accurate too. But I don't want to get back to the stock launcher just for it.
I know the stock Weather Widget is from Accuweather, but I am unable to find the same same widget on the Android Market. Screen showing 2 widgets in question below:

I did the exact same set up on a Nokia E90 and no problems. I even set it up on an X1 and it works. What can be the problem? it has been 3 weeks struggling. Nov 8, 2013So my roommate thought it would be a good idea to try and connect itself. He ended up with some weird setting that made the wifi disconnect from the devices if they were dormant for more than 5 minutes. My phone went off line. I guess the setting was changed back because our other laptops connect and his iPhone connects but my unrooted HTC One on AT&T keeps giving that DNS error when I attempt to connect through Chrome or the stock browser. Nothing works...It says I am connected. It says I have an excellent signal but nothing will connect.

Mar 22, 2015My friend had his Galaxy S5 set to unlock with a fingerprint, however yesterday the strangest thing happened. It no longer asks for a fingerprint, it goes directly to the alternate password. I would like to clarify again that its not that it does not accept his prints like happens to a lot of people, it simply does not give the choice to use them. Now I don't know if he forgot his password or the phone wont accept it (like he claims) but he can't use the alternate password to log into the phone. He is completely locked out. As a last case resort I will back up whatever I can using my computer and reset it to factory defaults.
As a final note I've tried the google device manager to reset the password, his S5 does not appear on his account. I expect that is because it is not a gmail account but a school account using google apps.
