Whenever I reboot my phone am getting a message seceratary service is stopped or failed , what is the problem with and am often having the network problem on my phone....My touch gets hanged often ..I need to lock my phone once and unlock it to get free some times am removing the battery.

In the meanwhile I have repaired the software using Sony Bridge for Mac, used an old PC to repair with PC Companion and last tried SUS, but other than deleting my data nothing happened, the screen will not react to touch. The phone is 6 months old and I know there was no physical force or other stress applied upon it between the last time it worked and the moment I realized the screen was dead. It is a SK17a with 2.3.3 Gingerbread and Claro-Branded.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have an X8 that was repaired a few months ago due to a cracked screen.Yesterday the touch screen stopped working, the screen still displays everything it should and the menu, camera, lock and volume buttons work fine, but touching the screen does nothing which makes doing anything with the phone impossible.I've switched it on and off many times, including holding the power button until I get 3 vibrations and no luck. I've fully charged the phone and tested it whilst it's charging.I don't think there's been any damage, but it could have taken a knock whilst being in my pocket.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThis morning I turned on my iPhone 4S and it logged in fine. I got a bunch of text messages because my chats were updating and all of a sudden it started to freeze. So I turned it off to 'sleep' and tried logging in again and it wont work now I went to turn it fully off but because the touch screen isn't working, I can't swipe the 'off' part of my phone. I've plugged it in, updated it, everything I could think of, and the touch screen still won't work. Or is it time for a new phone?

The sim service menu(one with the sim card icon) does not open when clicked which is annoying as I use it alot.I usually have to do a full restore which deletes all my data to make it work again which really sucks. Then a few weeks later the problem reapears again, and that sucks even more. Im really fatigued at this point. Whats the point of saving stuff when you have to delete it every other week? Is there any other way to fix this without losing my data?

I've run into a data roaming problem a few times, and am experiencing it right now while traveling in Austria. It worked fine roaming for several days, and then all of a sudden I can't get data service (just get a lower case gprs). I know the network is fine, since my husband's blackberry is working fine. And I know there's a roaming agreement in place, since it worked fine for several days.
I've tried all the obvious things: turned radio on and off, switched to 2G only, registered from the host routing table (never receive the registration), battery pull, and finally a reset to factory default settings. Still nothing. This has happened a couple times before when roaming in another country, and the only thing that seems to work is going back to Italy, when it all works fine again. I'm traveling for a while, so it would be very nice to get it working before returning home.
After this most recent system update, I've been receiving this error message: suggestions poll scheduler service (process.com.motorola.process.system) has stopped unexpectedly. Try again. And only allows foce close.

Several times per day, my screen just stops working. The LCD portion of the screen still turns on and off, but it won't recognize any touches. The only way out is a soft reset, since I can't swipe down to turn the phone off, then it works again. I have the Windows 10 preview installed, if that matters.
I'm thinking that it's a hardware issue, but I'm not 100% on that, since a soft reset temporarily solves the problem.
I also tried a hard reset and that had me hopeful, because it worked most of the day, then the issue returned in the evening.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Nokia 5800 was dropped on the floor from a distance .. within few days whenever i receive a call .. i touch the green arrow to answer the call but its like i'm not doing anything , it works only if i pressed the keylock from the side, and when i make a call i can't use call option if only i pressed the keylock from the side .. its like my nokia doesn't know that i'm here and touching the screen if i only pressed the keylock from the side .. everything work good after doing that .. just the problem appears when i receive a call, make call, stopping the alarm .. they all want me to press the side keylock then i can start working.. i need help because its confusing me.i've been told to turn the sensor setting on, remove the memory , reset , upgrade , but nothing solve the issue , i'm waiting your replay guys.

This morning, it fell out and I assumed the usual had happened. However, I went to type on the open message and the screen wasn't responding on parts of the keyboard. So, I thought maybe it was just a small issue; I turned my phone off then back on. When it turned back on I couldn't even unlock it because the screen wasn't responding and the first number of my passcode was in an unresponsive spot. An elder friend of mine told me all I needed was to replace the screen and that he could do it, if I bought the screen. My question is, would it be cheaper to buy the screen and have my friend do it, or would Apple give me a better deal?

I have a Droid Turbo. This morning the screen stopped responding to touch. I took it into the Verizon store and they told me I was covered under the warranty but that I wouldn't be able to recover my data because I have a password on my phone. Is there a way to recover my photos and videos by bypassing the password? Or will I actually lose everything?
