Xperia Mini/pro :: Request For Change - SMS Application Context Menus?
Jul 13, 2012After the SMS conversation or message is long-tapped, a context menu appears. It does not contain option to dial/copy the sender's number, show the sender's contact info or add the sender to contacts, which would be very natural. I know that there is a workaround via "Edit senders", but it is not intuitive and requires more taps.
- dial the sender's number,
- copy the sender's number,
- show the sender's contact info or add sender to contactsto the context menu displayed after the SMS conversation or message is long-tapped?I think it would be a small and easy, but very useful change.(I am using Xperia Mini with ICS 4.0.4, firmware 4.1.B.0.587)

Apr 23, 2015my Galaxy S5 keep showing the message unfortunately phone has stopped and every time I hit okay and it goes away for like half a second and then shows back up. I can't do anything with my phone at all.

Dec 8, 2015I'm running El Capitan on my Mac Air. I've had no problem transferring photos up until now. Hook up the USB, Photos opens and asks if I want to import. Bing, done.
Today Photos doesn't open automatically. I opened it manually to see if it would ask about importing; it didn't.
I checked "about this Mac/System information". The Mac doesn't appear to see that the Android is connected via USB. But it is. The Android is charging because it's hooked up. I've tried four different cords. Same result.
I downloaded the updated Samsung Switch. I've opened it several times, and plugged in the Android when told to. I've had two results: sometimes it didn't see the connection at all. The other times it tells me this kind of connection isn't supported, and to "change connection mode to media device".
I know there are various other ways to send photos - File Transfer, etc. What I want is to get back to where my Mac immediately and happily responded to seeing my S6 hooked up.
I've downloaded several updates in the past two days. Maybe one of those is the problem. I can't find a way to see which apps have updated. Any way to check that out? If the problem isn't the updates - why this has stopped working, when it was fine yesterday?

Apr 5, 2015My wife is sitting next to me with an iPhone 6 and never has an issue sending sms from our house. I can get a message out 25% of the time with my Galaxy S5? My old S3 never had this issue. Does the antenna stink on my S5, or is there another issue?

Aug 24, 2015My phone stopped charging when turned on. When off & plugged in the charging icon appears every 8 seconds & stays on screen for 5 seconds. It takes OVER 24 HRS to get a full charge which then is drained completely within the hour. I have purchased multiple charging cords & used many different outlets. There is NO water damage, however, since day 1 of purchasing this s5 it CONSTANTLY OVER HEATS to the point I cant hold it until I turn it off or do the 'cooler'.

The update downloaded and started to install, but after that it goes into recovery mode and ended up failed to update. The phone then reboots to the at&t logo screen, then to a black screen with error messages such as "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped", "Unfortunately, Media Storage has stopped" and "Unfortunately, setting has stopped".... I pressed the power button to see if I can go to emergency mode, but it will give me another one of those error message "Unfortunately, Emergency recovery manger has stopped" or something like that. What can I do to fix this?

The sim service menu(one with the sim card icon) does not open when clicked which is annoying as I use it alot.I usually have to do a full restore which deletes all my data to make it work again which really sucks. Then a few weeks later the problem reapears again, and that sucks even more. Im really fatigued at this point. Whats the point of saving stuff when you have to delete it every other week? Jul 24, 2010Have a blackberry bold (unlocked) bought from Wind in Italy with a sim card. I've run into a data roaming problem a few times, and am experiencing it right now while traveling in Austria. It worked fine roaming for several days, and then all of a sudden I can't get data service (just get a lower case gprs). I know the network is fine, since my husband's blackberry is working fine. And I know there's a roaming agreement in place, since it worked fine for several days.
I've tried all the obvious things: turned radio on and off, switched to 2G only, registered from the host routing table (never receive the registration), battery pull, and finally a reset to factory default settings. Still nothing. This has happened a couple times before when roaming in another country, and the only thing that seems to work is going back to Italy, when it all works fine again. I'm traveling for a while, so it would be very nice to get it working before returning home.

I notice the signal for my reception bar is full however I it doesn't say 4g or anything at all next to it. I restarted the phone, drove to different locations same issue.
