Xperia Pro/Neo/V/L :: MT15 - Screen Display Blanks Out, And Never Starts After That

I have a Neo MT15i which was upgraded to the latest ICS patch through the OTA update. A few days late the phone suddenly appeared dead, and when i restarted (had to remove the battery), i get the phone start vibration but nothing appears on the screen.
I connected it to a PC and the PC companion was able to detect the phone, and i could even do the firmware upgrade. However the phone display refuses to switch on and none of the lights come on.
I then gave it to a local phone shop who said it was an issue with the phone and replaced the display and downgraded the firmware to 2.3.3. Again it worked for a few days and the same problem where the display shut down but i could get calls occured.
I tried many options given in the forum for xperia phones (press the power and volume up, remove battery and connect the charger, and then add the battery, etc) but no avail. now i get the start vibration from the phone, but nothing more.

E6 #1 (made in Finland): had to bring it to repair service because of pathetic battery lifetime and no notification light.Got a new one 2 weeks later:6 #2 (made in Hungary): had to bring it to repair service, as the screen blanked out when making or receiving a call (proximity sensor broken?). Notification light issue unchanged, Couldn't test battery as it went back to repair after one day only.Got a new one 2 weeks later (i.e. today): #3 (made in China):first of all I upgraded to OS V22. Needless to say notification light didn't change. Besides:- battery cover wobbly, a fraction of a millimeter too short. Chinese quality issue?- bluetooth doesn't work properly. A connected and authorized headset (that worked well on the previous 2 E6s, an X7, an E72, a Blackberry etc.) doesn't connect when being turned on. Have to connect manually when wanting to make call.
- screen blanks out when making or receiving a call. SAME ISSUE as on the Hungarian version!Will bring it back to Nokia repair tomorrow. Will HAVE TO look at alternatives, I just can't continue like that.@NOKIA: I really really really wanted to like this phone. But the design failures that you made (notification, vibration, battery) and your quality control are just PATHETIC, MISERABLE, ANNOYING. I don't have words. Where has this great company gone?.S. will have to downgrade my positive Amazon rating tonight significantly. But the problem is when i lock the screen its feature video starts and more over i can hear the voice coming from the other but my voice doesnt goes through But when i record my voice and play it works fine

My 5 months old C7-00's black glossy panel around the display started fading. The color fading/colorless patches are becoming prominently visible nowadays. Can the panel be changed under warranty? I guess the fading is to be a manufacturing defect, as another extensively used 8 months old C7-00 of ours still look new. After using various Nokia phones for the past 11 years, for the first time I see a problem/defect in a Nokia phone.

I have one more problem with 9900 (t-mobile).It strats up (loading status bar goes from left to the right), then it shows Desktop - and then in second or two display shuts down and shows black display only. no responding.I have tried wiping, different OS installed - problem is the same. Once it sturted and worked for a cuple minutes and then same problem - display turns to black.

My Torch 9800 is three months old now and last week, the browser started acting weirdly. In any website I go to, twitter, yahoo home page or tumblr, there would always be white blanks or cuts that prevent me from seeing the whole page. It isn't just one cut, as i scroll down there will be white cuts every now and then. It isn't something related to poor internet connection either, I tried testing it standing beside our wifi internet router with full signal and still the page loads like this.
There isn't a Blackberry service center here in the Philippines and the nearest is either Hong Kong or Singapore. The telecom brand that I got the phone from advised me to try resetting my phone back to factory settings so that maybe this glitch might clear up. I asked them if it was something that could be solved by updating or is a result of accidentally changing some phone options. In the end they told me to back up my phone, bring it to them so they could restore it to factory settings, worse comes to worst that it's still not back to normal, since it's still under warranty, they'll gladly give me a new one.
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?? Does it have something to do with updating? lack of memory space? accidentally changing browser options/settings?Here are links of what it looks like. I took the liberty of screen munching it so you guys can understand what im trying to say [URL]..

I am facing a serious issue with my sony xperia neo v. Seldoms mobile screen does not respond when trying to unlock. The screen soes not change from blank sreen. Please suggest a better resolution for this issue. I face this issue four to five times in a day and it is very frustrating. Does Sony provide a replacement as my mobile is still in warranty period?

i am having serious problems with my display, especially after it times out, i have to press the power button several times sometimes even up to 10 times to trigger the slider bar so i can get back into my phone.Also when a call comes thru the screen does not light up or display the answer/busy slider bar?

I'm Sony user since 4 years ago as I started with Sony Xperia miny pro, Xperia S, Xperia Z1, then Xperia Z2.
Now I own the black model of the xperia Z2 since 2 days I decided to try the waterproof ability and take a photo under the water. I took the phone with me under the water it's not more than 30 meter and not more than 6 min .a few hours later, I found out that some of the water got in because I can see some condensation on the camera lenses both front and back.
Another few hours later I found out that the screen starts to flicker then the screen dies. All other functionality such as the sound still works because I can hear the tone if someone call me or receive a sms but the display and touch is dead.

My phone screen is "scrambled" like an anologue tv channel that hasn't been tuned properly - kinda like colour snow. The phone works and appears to responds to button presses as the "snow" moves and changes colour with each button press.

I updated my phone to lollipop 5.0, it is in general good till now, but i have two problems:
1) no notifications are displayed on my lock screen even for missed calls or sms's .. there is no any icon or symbol that informs me if i have missed any call or received a message ; and i have to unlock my phone every time to check
in the Settings -> Sounds and Notifications -> i selected the option to show all the notifications.. but nothing changed
2) also on the lock screen , not widget for the walkman or the sound cloud to enable me to pause the players or to navigate to the next song

My Blackberry 8250 screen turns white and stays white until i charge it. When i charge it, its perfectly normal but as soon as i take the charger off, 2-3 minutes later, the screens white again! Even though the battery is well above 80% the screen still goes white!
Do i need a new battery?

Whenever you turn on the phone, or whenever you come back from a blank screen, my Motorola Droid Turbo always starts at the default Phone app. This is really frustrating because you have to close this screen before you can get to the Home screen to do anything else. It also has been the cause of a number of accidental dialings since it defaults to the Speed Dial screen and all the dial buttons are there ready to use. Is there any way to change this? I want to just boot to the home screen, like every other phone I have used.

I was texting a friend and suddenly the screen starts to fade black. I tried to turn it back on but it just stayed black. But when i want to put it on vibrate, it vibrates or when i want to charge it, it makes that sound effect when you plug it in. So it is still working but the screen isn't.

Today, for some reason, when I place my phone in a horizontal position, the 3D camera app starts itself up. when the phone is vertical, there's no problem. but when I lay it down . . . the camera loads. and when I go into the cached applications to kill it, there are always 4 instances of it running.

I have a Nexus 5 32gb for 1 year and 3 months. Since last week my cellphone starts to ring randomly (the ringtone of my alarm) with no notification on screen. It only goes off if I press hold or pressing the screen if it is unlocked. I have put all volumes to zero, set the priority to No interruptions but it still rings randomly (my house, my class, everywhere).

4 months ago I bought nokia c6. But now the screen starts displaying some black lines, but the touch working properly. The touch is working good but the lines are displayed. But when I open the slider do not comes, but after closing the slider the lines starts in zigzag motion.

Its been 6 months since I purchased my Sony z2 I was very satisfied until my phone started scrolling automatically! It just doesn't stop and I have to wait and pause my wwork till it stops scrolling.

My wife has a Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, bought it roughly a month ago. After we updated her phone to ICS through PCC it occationally starts ringing for no reason. It has happened two times in the ~2 weeks she had ICS.The screen does not show anything special during the ringing sound, when the screen is unlocked we can just see the homescreen, no notifaction, nothing.The ringing is the "Sony Ericsson" ringtone and for what it is worth my wife is not using that ringtone for anything, not for incoming calls, notifications or alarms.The only way to stop the ringing seems to be to drag down the "top bar" which shows the clock, battery, signal strength, notifications and so on.
The presented solution seems to be chosen because they believed that it was only one isolated user having the problem. I however do believe that it is a software bug in the Xperia Ray ICS version.

i have a problem with my Active right now? the phone was very incredible when its starts at 2.3 then suddenly i heard a news that Xperia active has already an ice cream sandwhich o.s and i am happy that my new phone is starting with a new o.s after an hour the update of my phone was complete. so many changes ive seen? the u.i and less heat. then a day after tomorrow my phone starts to get hang once ive always open my applications especially browser and messeging always hang up and i dont know what to do?

probably since the last Android Update to 4.0.4, my Ray with 4.1.B.0.587 starts self-actuated a permanent reboot loop whenever I am crossing the German-Austrian border and therefore reaching an Austrian (i.e. foreign) network.
The loop restarts whenever it reaches the point where it checks the SIM card and then starts with a Sony screen like when I switch it on. The loop can only be interrupted by removing the battery. OK, also by going back to Germany. I have full phone roaming authorization from my home network (vodafone), yet for data roaming I need to purchase day or week packages. Up to that Android update, all that worked perfectly, including tehtering.
So, in fact, I am currently not able to use my phone in foreign networks.
