i'm using xperia x8,my phone had a problem,i don't know it's hardware problem or software
five times i flash x8 with seus and it's same, if i insert a sim card , the phone reboot but if i unplug the sim card it normal, no problem.
I have 8520. Its a couple of year old device. It has started giving some trouble nowdays.
1. trackpad hangs most of the time
2. It takes almost 20 mins to reboot
3. the biggest issue - it doesn't starts with BIS activated sim card after rebooting. Have to do battery pull out 3-4 times then it works.
I have done master reset couple of times but nothing is working. any one suggest something which will help me resolve it on my own. Otherwise have to give it to the service center.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm using my Se X8 for about 3 months now. They give me the phone with just 8Gb SD Card. I has install some games either from the market or through the web but somehow my phone suddenly cannot detect my SD Card. On the status bar it stated 'Remove SD Card. Insert a new one". Why this is happening? I've tried to check the card through computer and all the data still there. I've format the SD Card with fat 32 and recheck again. I've install back all the application in the card which I has back it up earlier. Through my computer the card is fine. When I insert it to the phone, is says the same.

When I try to push the SIM card into the slot only about the first three millimeters go in and then it blocks, almost as if something was was already in there.I take it that the SIM should normaly just slip in to the slot with only slight resistance. Am I missing something or have i been unlucky and the slot has a defect?The SIM is in the correct position and the right way round.

My 4s will not admit that my Simcard is placed inside after upgrading to iOS 5.1.1. I have tried to put the Simcard in several times and restarted the phone, but it still says that it is missing.

I tried calling boost mobile to get puk code which i got but mssg stated unable to change pin. i cant for the life of me get the mobile network to come on. I even tried to go to the sprint site and enter my imei and sim card and it said it was suspended or deactivated does anybody have any ideas?

i have this problem since a month ago , it keep rebooting it self while im using the wisepilot , after a short period wisepilot issued an update for the software but it become worse , so i have uninstalled the update and i have repaired my phone using PC companion . after it goes well after the repair but unfortunately it start rebooting it self not only when im using the wisepilot but also while im charging the battery :S.

When I look at options/device/advanced settings/simcard I see that everthing is distabled and the phone number is "unknown number". I read on another website that my device is not locked if all options say distabled.Can anyone tell me what does this mean?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently updated my xperia z2 phone from 4.4.2 KK to 5.0.2 (23.1.A.1.28) first did the installation without wiping the data but after that i made factory reset both from phone and from Recovery deleting all user data . Before that (i don`t know if that is with the problem) i installed Signature verification always true patch from Lucky Patcher and after that removed it . Everything is perfect with the phone except the strange issue that happens when i restart or turn off and then turn it on again.
When i do it- first this happens -(the attached image) - it shows all the apps that i moved to the sd card like that with red circle with sd card symbol in the upper right corner and no app icons and after couple of seconds it loads them somethimes, all of them - but somethimes it shows only those which are on internal memory and after a restart it loads them all without a problem but it deletes all the data on the sd card except the app data ( of those which i moved to the sd card with the lolipop function and with Folder Mount).
All the pictures, movies, music, e-books and more are deleted but the app data is not ... and the phone is doing that sometimes not all the time. When the Pictures, music and so on are deleted i`m putting them back on the sd card again and couple of restarts there is no problem loading the apps or deleting the data on the sd card ... but after that it happens again and deletes my information ... but only pictures books music movies .. . I`m using TDK 32 GB micro sd Fat 32 formatted - i tried ntfs but the z2 doesn't recognizes it .. the sd card is tested with H2Testw and its ok and i didn't had any problems, when i was using 4.4.2 KitKat .
I had issues with the power button on my phone and had to hard reset it. It rebooted in safe mode and so I reset the phone and then deleted all of my apps.
I tried to reboot again to take it out of safe mode but it just stays in safe mode. I can't download any of my apps anymore.
My flash light does not go off after I turn it on from quick settings or after it is used by camera. I have tried a number of things including factory reset but unfortunately without luck.

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 DUAL SIM. I have successfully upgraded my phone with Lollipop 5.0.2... I use it in french language... The phone is encrypted (professional usage). I also use a SD card of 64gb (encrypted also)

Every thing was functional until I switch off the second sim card (my professional phone) for the weekend and reboot the phone (one sim card On the other one OFF)

Since this action, I'm unable to activate again my professional SIM. The phone boots, and request my Sim1 Pin code. I enter it and the phone request the second one.... again and again and again...
The only way to use the phone is to take the sim card off the phone to use it (after another reboot)...
every time when i restart my mini pro. some shortcuts on desktop will disappear.and programs sequence is also changed.
