My Xperia Neo V is restarting automatically several times a day. This makes my phone unreachable. My calls also drop frequently due to this. I contacted customer care. They asked me to reset factory settings. I did, but the problem still persists. However, if i take out the battery and put it again , it works fine for at seven-eight hours without any breakdown.
View 8 RepliesI'm using my Z3 (D6603) with 23.4.A.1.264 and I'm very happy with it.I've noticed though the following: checking in "About Phone" ->"Diagnostics" The indication "Time since last restart" turns red after 10 days without restart and it seems that the phone restarts automatically at about 12-13 days.Is there any limitation and we have to restart the phone every 10 days?

Whenever I use my phone (N95 - RM159 v 31.0.017) for video calls or broadband connection the phone getting restarted automatically and it is getting unusual heat as well. So my video calls end up after 3 - 4 minutes talking time and I lost some important calls as well. Please help if you know how to solve it. The problem still persist even after I updated the firmware.

Initially the phone used to abruptly hang and would require the battery to be taken out & reinserted to start the phone. After the Firmware update the problem got reduced but now the phone hangs and automatically restarts. This is quite frequent & very irritating. I have tried the hard & soft reset but the problem still remains the same. The firmware that i am using is 054.005 / make - Malaysia.

After few auto reboots my N97 stuck at NOKIA log and doesn't boot further, I tried by removing the battery for some time, it's still stuck at NOKIA log. Then I have to do a hard reset of my phone and it works fine for a day or two. And same issue again. Also I have tried to reinstall the firmware again with NSU.

I face Handset Rebooting Issue with My E63. When I use GPRS on my Mobile/Laptop/Pc after some time My handset reboot automatically. I contact with Tatat Docomo Customer care and he check all things but he not found any problem in Network.

I have purchased a SE Xperia X10i in February this year and it started giving me troubles post 6 months. It used to restart whenever it felt like, i have made numerous complaints to Sony Ericsson authorised service centre but of no use. I have even deposited for repairs atleast 4 times but nothing worked. This was the first time I bought a SE phone and likely be the last.

In the recent month I have about 10-15 restarts a day, also used SEUS to reinstall the software about 7 times and it gives the same result.
When 3G or Wifi is turned off I can use every app without problems, as soon as I turn 3G of Wifi on the phone crashes, restarts, input my pincode, freezes, restarts and that repeats about 5 times before I can turn off the 3G or Wifi.
Is there a known problem with this phone and the radio transmitter/receiver?
I have neo v updated to 4.0.4 . For last 1 month, the phone gets hanged frequently and then restarts. I feel this is happening while multitasking or browsing internet.

My Daugthers Xperia Play is working poorly.When I try to install app or move apps to the SD card, then it goes black and restarts.Uninstall seems to work OKI have just upgraded android to the lastest version from Sony, but that didn't help.The phone have been low on memory but now I have 47 Mb free.

1) the phone while using apps the screen will freeze become unresponsive then eventualy it shuts down & restarts
2) using the SE sync thing i lost all my contacts from my phone book they were not in phone or on the sync side both said contacts 0
3) missing calls i had my friend come round the other night & ask me if i had my phone switched off i told him no & asked why he said he'd been trying to phone me for over 3 hours on his mobile his daughters mobile & even the landline also txt messeges some times come through 24 hours after they have been sent
bought a ray acouple of days ago, updated the phone through the pc companion. the phone then started to shut its self down and restart when in an area of low signal. if i bring the phone back into an area with better coverage there is no problem.
