Android platform after using palm, windows mobile, blackberry. In all of those platforms I was able to view my calendar while I was on a phone call. Android will only give me the option to view my contacts or write a memo while on a call. Is there a way to switch between screens and applications while on a call in SGSII?

Is it possible to use a normal micro hdmi to normal size one for viewing on tv? I see the Samsung one has to be ran off the power cable too or is this just for the official Samsung one?

My calendar appointments come through OK but I always noticed that I cannot see the attendees/invitees for meetings that are booked in my Outlook calendar. I thought that was a limitation in the sync then I noticed one of my coworkers had the same meeting invite synced to their iPhone and they could see the names of the people included in the meeting. I asked them about it but they had no idea how they did it. Is there a setting in iTunes or the iPhone which controls this?

just bought this samsung galaxy s2 and i am lost already. i have a samsung genio mobile that i wish to transfer all my calendar events over to the new s2 mobile 203 of them. dont want to start typing them into the new phone one by one lol. my old genio was backed up using the pc studio software but iam told this will not work with the s2. i joined a google account tonight to see if i can transfer the calendars from genio to google then to s2 but couldnt work it out. i am a complete novice when it comes to any thing like this . also if you can take me through the stages of transfering all my events to my new phone

My gmail calendar items show in BLUE and my outlook calendar items show in RED, I want my shared calendar items to show as well (preferably a different colour). On my computer I can view my boss' calendar and I need this for work. As I work out of the office sometimes and need access to my boss' calendar I would like it to be on my mobile as well.

I would like to know how to add a shared calendar on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
When I go to S planner, I don't see the events on the shared calendar, but when I log in to gmail and go to calendars, they are there.
Is there a way to sync those events on my S6, in the S planner, without having to always log in my gmail and go to calendars to see those events?
I signed up to the samsung account hoping that would do the trick. Not so.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI have been using the samsung calendar for a while now, and HAD a default set up with my desktop Google calendar for 3 different reminders on each so I dont forget,oversleep etc. anyhow It seems that when Google calendar STOPPED sending SMS messages earlier idk this month or last month I have NOT been able to set up more than ONE reminder even from a appt set from my phone, after the first reminder is set the green plus sing is no longer there to add more. I CAN go into older appt's and edit and the multiple reminders are still there and the green plus to add more is there and selectible.
