Jan 25, 2013The charger port was having problems and wasn't charging, so I changed the charger flex following online instructions. I am 99% sure I did it correctly as it all works now, but the Galaxy S2 won't recognise my ThreeUK Sim anymore. It recognises others such as orange and t-mobile (It's Unlocked with Root). I put the old charger flex cable back in and it's working with my ThreeUK sim but it won't charge again so I want to know, does the charger flex cable change what sim cards it can read etc? I don't want to order cable to fix my phone before I know what to look for in it in case that has the same problems as the one I've ordered.

Aug 4, 2010My Samsung Freeform will only go on when the charger is plugged in and then unless I;m pressing buttons and navigating the phone it turns off. It will not stay on with the charger plugged in nor will it charge. The phone was working fine when I took it back from an Ex-girlfriend.I took the battery out to get the ECN # and when I put it back in it wouldn't turn on. I also tried resetting the phone in the Menu > phone settings > security > reset phone but iy didn't make a difference.

Dec 1, 2015The adaptive fast charger that came with my phone works well with my galaxy s6. Fast charging works well and I can get up to 50% charge in about 25 mins. But the problem is it doesn't charge any other phone apart from galaxy s6. If I plug my htc one or lg g3 or any other phone (even blackberry), it will indicate its charging but won't add any juice. I've tried charging other phones for up to 30 mins, rather than charging the battery % will either stay where it is or sometimes drain. It can't even charge simple things like a modem or even a ps4 controller. I once plugged a ps4 controller and the charging light indicated, but to my surprise after 1 hour of charging it still was not able to add one bar to the battery. In fact if I plug a phone with 2% battery , after 20 mins of charging the phone dies.

I have seen pictures of the whole halo lighting up blue when charging and green when fully charged. I can't even tell by the LED lights if its charging since its on my desk and I am looking down at it... only my phone's red lil light on top light lets me know its charging.

Apr 12, 2015Last night I used the official Samsung wireless charger to charge my phone overnight. The battery graph shows it reached 100% at 2am, but then dropped back down to 92% when I picked it up in the morning.The highest battery usage app was "Connection Optimizer" with 2% usage which doesn't seem like a lot. I've disabled it under the "Mobile Networks" setting so we'll see if that works. But somehow I doubt that was causing the drain.

On the canadian site which i have all my other samsung products registered, there is no listing for my model number (GT-I9250TSDTLS (this is whats on the box, phone menu just lists my model as Samsung Galaxy Nexus, though the label under that battery shows GT-I9250M as the model number..how am I supposed to register my phone?[URL]..shows that galaxy owners can get a free copy of angry birds space... how do I get that?

Jan 30, 2012Word on the street is that there may be a refreshed Samsung Galaxy Nexus coming. I wasrReading over at Android and Me and this thread caught my attention:The rumors state that there is going to be a refreshed camera. Possibly along the way of 8.0MP. On top of that, the processors are scheduled to be refreshed using The faster SGX544 GPU is included with Texas Instruments upcoming OMAP4470 processor. This is the successor to the original OMAP4460 found in the Galaxy Nexus, that includes the older SGX540 GPU.With the Sprint version of the Galaxy Nexus coming soon we'll have to wait and see if they are in fact getting a refreshed model or the LTE based model that Verizon has currently, Either way, I hope they do launch a refresh on the HSPA+ line as well. I use the Galaxy Nexus and while I love the phone, I wish the camera was better. Faster is always better as well so I'll take the processor bump.

I was wondering if someone who bought the phone from telus sells me this phone, would I be able to enjoy the 1 year manufacturer warranty? Aug 8, 2011I just purchase my sg2 phone yesterday. Unfortunately, my brother has used my phone last night and register the Samsung account in it by using his email or id. When I tried to change the account, it cannot be done cause I have to do the factory reset in privacy setting (which will erase all my personal info and downloaded applications). I don't want that to happen as well. Plus, my my brother can't even remember what the password he has used for the Samsung account I'm very pissed off now that my Samsung account belong to him and the fact that I can't do the factory reset because of him. I'll mention again, he forgot the password he used for MY SAMSUNG ACCOUNT IN MY SG2.
