Nokia :: Unable To Update X6

I have been trying to update my X6 to the latest firmware via Nokia Software updater as well as FOTA, but have been unsuccessful. Find attached an image of the error which is being thrown up by the Nokia Software updater. I have run the NSU couple of times today and each time it picks up from downloading the software(@117Mb of 152 Mb). Once the download is complete, it throws the error.
The FOTA(Applications>>Software Update) does not allow me to update the firmware, it just pops up a window telling that I need to update via PC. Trying to update via Phone Management has also been unsuccessful, as it tells there is no software update available now..Has anyone out there got a similar issue?

I have many troubles with updating my n97 (Product code 0576503) from v21 to v22.i have try Ovi Suite v2.2.0.241 but after preparing to install i got message ( installation failed - the connection to device was lost.....)
and in NSU v2.5.2 i got (no software available for your device - Please not that your mobile service provider, operator or carrier may not have approved the latest nokia device firmware available........)And on FOTA after downloading and restarting i got (This update is not compatible with your device)

I'm having a problem when trying to update my Nokia 5230 using the Nokia Suite.Please note; my phone is plugged in, there is an update for my phone as the last time it was updated was when it made manufactured (nov 09). The USB mode is on 'PC suite'. I have downloaded all the latest versions of the Nokia Suite.
When I click 'Update Phone Software", it takes me to the updater. When it comes to the 'Searching for a connected device', it hands for about 1-2 minutes, then says "Unable to find device".

My nokia 5800 software version doens't updated from the last one year. when i cross check in site, current version & my hand set version are entirely different. my hand set version is 30.0.011.C01.01.
But in system its now like 40............... so here i wanted to know what would be the problem?please go through my model other details below.

Finally got my mitts on one of these amazing phones and loving everything about it.However the euphoria is being slowly eroded by Vodafone's lack of support and knowledge of the device.Since taking delivery of the handset on 4th of March, it and I have been unable to find any firmware updates through the normal channels (Nokia's own update page, NSU and the OTA update search can't find any updates beyond the 1.2009.42-11.205.1). According to Vodafone the latest firmware for the device should be 2.2009.51.1.
I know there's a Maemo Flashing Tool available and have downloaded it and the firmware, but I can't get an answer from Vodafone whether this will void my Vodafone warranty.
I'm concerned that as it won't update now, it won't update when Meego hits the servers.

I recieved an update to the pop up keyboard the other day but when I try to insatall it I get the following "unable to update ukeyboard some application packages required for the update are missing" I have had a couple of updates before and they have all installed fine, so anyone know whats going on as I have not removed or uninstalled anything so scatching my head with this one.

I have nokia N97(12.01) version 10.1.021 but problem is i m unable to update its software. I can't connect to nokia ovi suite with usb cable because when i connect the usb cable i dont find the option (pc suits) so that i can connect to ovi software. Even i coudn't find any software update option in the application menu. So can anyone please help me to get rid of the old firmware which is full of bug...I didn't even find any connectivity option in the seeting menu...

I have been trying to update my Lumia which I haven't updated since I bought it in February this year. When I try to update in the Zune software, a message tells me my phone is up to date.
The current software loaded onto the phone is version 7.10.8107.79 which clearly is an older version. The precise message I get on the Zune software is as follows:
"Your phone is up to date Current phone software version: 7.10 (8107)"
Also, no updates are found when I check for updates on the phone itself.

I am having an issue where I got the update notification on my phone and also it showed up on Zune. Because I was using my work laptop I got the Zune message that updating is not recommended as I am not using my primary computer. So I cancelled the update. Now when I check the update at home, Zune says I am up to date (with the my current fw 12070) also phone is saying no updates found.

Even though Nokia has released several firmware updates for the Nokia 5800 (last one just a few days ago), I'm stuck in version 21.2.025 (custom version 21.2.025.415.02).I have tried to update it directly on the phone and also using PC Suite's Nokia Software Updater but in both cases I get a "no new version available" message.

After a long wait for Belle it finally came and I installed it and it's truly great.Last night I updated my Nokia Socials to the latest available - v1.5 I think.Before I continue it's important to mention that before that Social app didn't work in my C7, and also Facebook and Twitter are blocked in my country so only available app for accessing those, were Facebook's app for every mobile which doesn't have full options and also Nimbuzz which is so so for twitter.
So after update I wanted to check to see if the app works and suddenly I saw it works so properly, it made me so excited that I just posted my status updates at once and thanked Nokia for Belle and new Social app!After checking the new apps' functions I saw that both twitter and fb updates are being shown in one screen, (Nokia's social screen with green interface not in fb or twitter's UI) I tried to switch to each one as the first time I used them in their separate apps, but it said:"Your access to the service has expired. To upgrade your service, please contact your operator."I became so upset, after a long time that I could use apps with really good functionality, this message ruined my happiness.Considering the following fact, how am I gonna contact my operator?

I tried updating my 603 using nokia suite and it completes successfully but when the phone reboots and I check the firmware by dialing *#0000# its says 112.XXXX. And belle feature pack 1. I tried FOTA event that's not happening. After Processing the update the download and installation never begins.

E71 RM493 . I live in Barcelona spain and bought a new 5800XM for christmas. As soon as I saw the new free navagator I tried to install, but it says that it needs latest firmware 31.0.008 or onwards, so I duely try to update my phone, I download the nokia software updater, conect my phone and it then tells me:-

I have 2 nokia 5800's. Both on Virgin Mobile. 1 has been updated to v40.0.005 but mine is using V31.0.101, i like the look of the new version but why cant i download the new software. i have tried using *#0000# and downloading the so called up-to date version straight from the Nokia support site but it wont give me the new version.please help.

I read allot of posts and tried allot of solutions but untill now none worked for me
i use windows 7 ultimatie 64 bit, installed the ovi suite and the nokia software updater.
then why i try to update the device software it says the phone is not connected, when i then reconnect the phone i can press continue but immediatly after that its says its not connected again. even though the ovi store has it still connected and i can browse the phone from the pc aswell.. I tried different usb ports, i tried it on an win xp machine ( with same results ).
Currently my n97 had software version 1.2 i believe, when i use the phone itself to update it says no updates available.. i dont know whats wrong, because other then the update everything works normal.

I've tried to update my E63 software using Nokia Suite v3.3.86 but in vain.
The steps I've followed in the 3rd step fo update process (i.e. Install) are as follows with screenshots attached:
1. It checks for valid installation file (see attached "Installation file validation.png"). Since the update has been downloaded by it previously, it proceeds to next step.
2. It starts preparing to install (see attached "Preparing to install.png").
3. It show USB connection active screen with a windows notification saying "Nokia E63 disconnected via USB" is seen on "Install screen". (see attached "Install Screen.png" for "Install Screen").
4. Next with the same USB connection active screen, a windows notification saying "Nokia E63 connected via USB" is seen on "Install screen".
5. The windows notification disappears and the screen is still at the "Install Screen" (see attached "Install Screen.png").
6. Nothing happens even after waiting for a long time. Clicking "Next" repeats the above mentioned process from step 2.
Dialing "*#0000#" gives the following info:
