I have all my contacts synced with my Google account and Windows Live account and I have all the contacts in .vcf and .csv format. How can I get them into my Nokia 808. I tried the "Import contacts" option in PC Suite but it just does not do anything. It acts as though I never asked it to import. So that isnt working. I am using the latest PC Suite which i downloaded from the Nokia website.

Oct 23, 2011I want to transfer photos/videos from my N8 (defaulted to save in the Mass Memory) to my pc. I set the transfer default on my N8 to Mass Memory for USB transfer and connect to the pc. On my pc the phone shows up as Removable Disk (G). Clicking on it it shows all the folders but there is absolutely nothing in any of them although they exist in the mass memory folders on the phone.

Oct 22, 2010I have about 5500 messages on my N97 and want to transfer them to N8 but when it try the phone switch and transfer them with Bluetooth it literally takes for ever, last time I tried it transferred like 30 in 5 minutes, is there anyway I can make it go faster? Also tried to backup my messages on Ovi suit and PC suite, well on PC suit it gives me an error saying there is not enough memory(On the PC suite application on my computer) and it backs it up short, only 1000 I think and in OVI suit, I backed it up fine but when tried to restore, it did it and took some time but nothing happened, number of txt messages didn't change.

Nov 8, 2011The problem is that when I try and transfer music to my 32gb microSD card on my HTC Desire S, the music appears to delete itself. I connect it, drag and drop in the normal way and it copies normally. I then disconnect the phone and when I try to play the music it isnt on the menu on my phone. I reconnect the phone and the music is not there when I browse to my computer. Have tried 2 separate memory cards, and in 2 different HTC phones and still get the same problem.

Paired Ok but could not transfer phonebook. I tried to select from phone to send data via bluetooth to see if Pioneer unit popped up but no dice. The Head unit stated send as vCard from phone to the head unit but could not figure out how to do this. I guess this would be sending contact information one at a time but really do not know. May 8, 2012I have around 450 contacts in my address book (names, address, phone nos) on N9 and around 400 on Windows Lives account (combination of Gmail, Facebook and LinkedIn) on my Lumia 800.So, I tried using the Contacts Transfer app to move the contacts from N9 to Lumia via Bluetooth. What happened was that it transferred around 60-70 contacts and then failed.I tried repeating it several times, each time having to pair with the N9 again on Bluetooth and each time failing the transfer after moving around 60-70 or so contacts.I then decided to give up and look into PeopleHub and under the contacts, I found hundreds of entries labelled <Unnamed>, with empty contents in them.Now, how can I get rid of them and why failing to complete the transfer resulted in these blank entries being generated?I also logged into my Windows Live account and indeed, it is saying I have over 900 contacts but these <Unnamed> contacts are not listed anywhere in the ALL, 123, A, B, C, D, E, etc. groups. So, I'm unable to bulk delete them on the web.
