Feb 4, 2012After I sent my N8 to support and they reset my phone, I accessed my store account and I noticed that some of my app's like angry birds, NFS, fruit ninja, etc. wasn't associated with my account anymore. Now I can't install them, and i'll have to buy it again. I must confess that I'm really disapointed with many problems i've been having with nokia lately.

If you do try to install them, you get an error saying that the app only works on a 480x800 resolution. when (or if) these apps are available on a Lumia 920?

But after that, the existing some of my previously installed JAVA apps are no longer showing in Installations (although they are shown as installed in App Manager). Apr 16, 2010I have am x6, and in the main am happy with it. However as previous owner of 3 diff n series, there are a couple of usability issues that drive me up the wall! For instance, i came to rely on the 'menu plus c' shortcut to quickly close apps. But no matter where i look, i haven't found a similar shortcut on the x6. Which means closing apps can only be done by going back in and doing it manually from within the app. Annoying and slow Is it me, or has that kind of shortcut been removed? Can anyone help? Apr 16, 2010Ok, I'm new but not entirely stupid (so I've been told). My 3120 Classic tells me, courtesy of the OVI store, that apps do apply to the phone. Yet, when attempting download after sending the link to the mobile phone, I get the same error message - - ovi does not work with the current model. I updated the Nokia software for my phone/model, still nothing.I'm really interested in Adobe Acrobat as an app if that is indeed possible. I did do a search for "3120" and "Adobe" before launching this post.

Some python apps install and are working fine. Other python apps do not work at all.The icon appears after install, but nothing happens when i try to run the app. This happens whether I try installing on mem card or phone memory.Do I need a different version of python instead?Which one do I need? Nov 3, 2011My problem started when I tried to make my N8 a bootable pendrive. I needed to make my E: (phone memory) NTFS. I copied everything, formated E: into NTFS and copied all my stuff back again. Thing is that N8 doesn't support NTFS. My apps that were placed on E: stoped working. So I quitted my bootable pendrive idea. I formated E: again using N8 itself, copied stuff back again. I even restored last working phone backup. Aaand my apps still don't work.
