BB Curve :: Errors 13000 And 11000 When Purchasing Apps
Jan 6, 2011I have been trying to purchase apps for my BB8520 and I get both code errors: 13000 and 11000. I already tried switching CCs, have called the bank and is not on their end.
I really don't want to set up a paypal account just to purchase a 2-5 bucks app. Is there anyway to solve this?
When I have downloaded free apps in the past it's worked smoothly. Is there anything that can be done?

After installing and restarting my phone, all of my apps except pre-installed and jb apps are gone. Jan 13, 2010i downloaded the new firmware 44.1 to my phone yesterday through NSU & did my backup restore.but for some reason I canot download from Ovi Store.After I click download in Ovi Store- the app manager opens & just says "preparing for installation" & stays there for ever.. nothng happens... I had to stop the downloads manually many times..I checked the log file in Application Manager & here is the error message.

Jul 15, 2010I am hoping someone can help me, i dont have anything on my phone regarding the ovi store,but in my apps manager there is ovi store client (461kb),its on my phone memory (not mass memory),i keep on trying to uninstall it ,it does remove,but when i go back in to have a look,the damn things there again,i just continue to try and remove it but it keeps on coming back!
