Feb 2, 2016When I try to install software updates, the progress bar is stuck at 0%. I also can't install apps, which are stuck on 0.1mb. I was on build .0 and hard restetted, still same issue. I used the recovery tool to go to 1511 still same issue. I also got an "not enough storage" message although there is nothing installed on the phone.

Dec 29, 2015So today I finally got my 950XL, and started setting it up. I opted to restore my most recent backup, as I wanted to keep as many of my apps and settings as I could. However, I've been waiting on 82 apps downloading for a couple of hours now, with nothing seeming to move. There were a couple that got installed but since then everything seems to have ground to a halt. I've restarted the phone a few times to try and kick it into gear, but it's all still very slow. Right now the 2 active downloads don't seem to want to start - they have the progress bar, but not moving. I've tried pausing them all and setting them off one-by-one, but they then sit on pending seemingly indefinitely. Same if I cancel and get again from the store.

Nov 25, 2015Just switched from a Lumia 920 on WP 8 and I could at least dl most apps and get updates over cellular. With the 950 all updates and even installing new apps want wifi. My work pays for unlimited plan so I don't want wait for wifi.

May 30, 2014I recently brought a new 1320 and my god... Its so slow! Most apps take around 10 seconds to load, many games won't download and when I do find a game which downloads it just crashes, sometimes when I click the unlock button it can take around 20 seconds to unlock... This is rare but it does happen... I have soft and hard reset and it did not fix anything, I have everything turned off and have no apps running... I have Windows Phone 8.1 installed but really don't think this is the problem, Its really annoying me because the battery is good, but its just so slow and many things play up...

Jan 13, 2010i downloaded the new firmware 44.1 to my phone yesterday through NSU & did my backup restore.but for some reason I canot download from Ovi Store.After I click download in Ovi Store- the app manager opens & just says "preparing for installation" & stays there for ever.. nothng happens... I had to stop the downloads manually many times..I checked the log file in Application Manager & here is the error message.

Mar 31, 2010i went on the ovi store and realized that i had to purchase the games and apps. so then i went on another site and download stuff instead, i dont really trust anyways, cos it say it might cause harm to my phone, btw, the download doesn't even work! can someone tell me how to download game and apps and store it in my phone in the correct file
and such.AND the face book app thingy in my phone doesn't work, whenever i click on it it says no internet connection, when there is, cos if i click on google, then type in facebook and log in then it works, but not directly to the facebook app originally there when i turn on the phone.

Using zune - on the screen with showing the pics on the phone I drag and drop one to the pc icon lower left corner and as I am dropping it I see a small thumbnail and a + sign but no picture shows up. I have all the folders set up properly its just that no pics are transferring.

Many of the apps like: Touch Guitar, Piano, Flute, SmartGaurd and etc., are not working on my mobile which I bought very recently. They either give an error saying,"App expired on Jun'10 (but we are still in June 2010 Month)

get installed without any issues, but are NEVER working (when tried opening, nothing happens on the screen) Also followed the same instructions specifed on the website as, "Download on your PC and then transfer it to your device using the Nokia PC Suite" apart from trying to install from Memory Card.

Dec 13, 2012I purchased a Nokia 610 today and am trying to download the UK maps in Nokia Drive. Have setup WiFi. Select the UK (All) map to download.At random points throughout the download process the app crashes and returns me back to the start screen.
