When I try to install software updates, the progress bar is stuck at 0%. I also can't install apps, which are stuck on 0.1mb. I was on build .0 and hard restetted, still same issue. I used the recovery tool to go to 1511 still same issue. I also got an "not enough storage" message although there is nothing installed on the phone.
View 1 RepliesJust switched from a Lumia 920 on WP 8 and I could at least dl most apps and get updates over cellular. With the 950 all updates and even installing new apps want wifi. My work pays for unlimited plan so I don't want wait for wifi.

But i can not able to install more apps on it. i Installed Sim city & Angry Birds GO games (Both are having around 1.5GB Size). .. after that it is started giving messages saying that to make some free space. even i am having a SD CARD of 16gb... But still it is saying the same thing.... like 925 device said.
Currently i have 64GB of external storage. How come i cannot update some of my Apps but then again i already transfer all the files that is possible to transfer to external storage. now my 'available' SD Card is 58.54GB.

View 3 Replies View RelatedSo today I finally got my 950XL, and started setting it up. I opted to restore my most recent backup, as I wanted to keep as many of my apps and settings as I could. However, I've been waiting on 82 apps downloading for a couple of hours now, with nothing seeming to move. There were a couple that got installed but since then everything seems to have ground to a halt. I've restarted the phone a few times to try and kick it into gear, but it's all still very slow. Right now the 2 active downloads don't seem to want to start - they have the progress bar, but not moving. I've tried pausing them all and setting them off one-by-one, but they then sit on pending seemingly indefinitely. Same if I cancel and get again from the store.

Most apps take around 10 seconds to load, many games won't download and when I do find a game which downloads it just crashes, sometimes when I click the unlock button it can take around 20 seconds to unlock... This is rare but it does happen... I have soft and hard reset and it did not fix anything, I have everything turned off and have no apps running... I have Windows Phone 8.1 installed but really don't think this is the problem, Its really annoying me because the battery is good, but its just so slow and many things play up...

I can't update or download any new apps from Market on my X10. I did search the other posts and tried the suggestion of going into settings/applications/manage applications and uninstall updates, but I still can't download anything plus I can't see Market on my list of applications when I go back into settings/applications/manage applications.
