How can I download my application to my SD card? Cuz when I download application from android market, it always move to phone space, then my memory card still got many space. Now my phone space not enough already

Does anyone know how to change the default storage to the external Memory card when downloading apps from the market place for th SE x10min pro?So far I've downloaded few apps and they all get downloaded to the phone memory. So it's nearly full but the SD card still has 1.8GB. If there isn't a default option, does anyone know how to get around the issue?

I was on build .0 and hard restetted, still same issue. I used the recovery tool to go to 1511 still same issue. My phone has 16 GB of internal memory but when I go to Settings and then Storage, my phone is reporting that my memory is totally consumed and app are using over 20 GB of memory. If I use the "MY Files" app that comes installed on the phone, it show device storage as 10.43/16.00 GB. I don't get any errors when installing new apps or updating old ones.
I have cleaned app cache with 360, cleaned system cache in recovery mode, performed a battery pull and gone to the settings app and cleared data with no result.
I'm wondering how I can install apps to my memory card instead of on board memory.

However, I am trying to use the "move to SD Card" for each app inside the application manager. However, that option is greyed out.
How I can resolve this? The SD card storage is not useful if I can't move apps to it.
