Jul 9, 2010I updated the new softeware for my n95 using Nokia PC Suite. now I cannot take a picture and send it via e-mail to Facebook or my own e-mail address.

May 13, 2011When using bbm and click on the paperclip icon to send a picture, for some reason it wont allow me to do so, when selecting the picture I want to send, it only opens the file and don't actually send it! Feb 1, 2010I have a nokia N97 and in it there is two disks, C: and E: The C: is just a few MB and the E: is 32GB. Everytime I download anything I save it on E: but still a bit from C: disappear too. And now I have 25GB free on E: and C: is 20 kb. The problem is that can't download anything anymore, I can't take pictures and not even send messages, because the mobile says that memory is full but it isn't!

BB Bold :: Updated OS, Lost All Pictures And Music?
Jul 9, 2012Updated to OS 6.0 bundle 2921, the settings on the desktop software were only set to sync date and time. It updated and rebooted, and wiped all my music and most importantly pictures.
The strange thing is that my background wallpaper was one of those pictures and it is still there. Did this update Really wipe everything forever?? It shows total application memory of 250MB and free application memory of 34MB.

Mar 17, 2012I recently updated itunes, and iphoto and iphone and now the iphone will not connect to iphoto to download pictures. IPhone will connect to flash card thru usb port. I also have photo streaming on but that is not working also. I also have noticed that in Itunes I cannot sync to iphone. I have tried everything except resetting phone.

May 19, 2010Nokia Email Messaging has been working ok for 3 months but has just stopped working, Have done all the normal stuff - soft reset , cancelled account and made a new account but I cant recieve or send any email at all. I have Gmail accounts , Yahoo and Ovi but none of them work.I have noticed when you go into settings for one of the accounts and look at the username and password for the Nokia Email Account , in the Password box it always shows `NONE` I have tried to put in my password several times but it always reverts to NONE. Is this correct? It seems it cant save the password ?
The only thing I havent tried is a hard reset but thats a last resort.
Nokia :: 5800 Email Won't Send
Jun 24, 2010seem to have this occassional glitch when I'm using Mobile Mail on my 5800. I have it linked to my Yahoo.ca account via Rogers ISP (Canada). I can log on to my Yahoo mail, read it and reply, but occasionally when I reply to an email it wont send, it wont cancel, it won't do anything. So....it's when I choose to reply to an email, I'm able to enter the reply, but its when I choose OK, nothing happens. If I choose cancel, nothing happens. I have to restart the phone to get that window to close!!
Software vers. V31.2.101.
Updating Firmware and Software via USB -> Internet show no updates available.
Nokia :: E71 - Unable To Send Emails From Second Email Account
Mar 21, 2010I joined Nokia Messaging service, downloaded the last version software using my Nokia E71 phone. When I signed for the service it asked me for my email account details, so I could not put the settings manually. The hotmail account works fine, but the other account cannot send messages. I cannot change the outgoing settings using my phone and I cannot edit the information on the nokia messaging website.
The incoming server seems to be ok (mail1.doctors.org.uk) but I cannot change the server details : smtp2.realmail-asp.co.uk. My provider is Tmobile (they gave me this: smtp.t-email.co.uk) they were not helpful and told me that they mainly support blackberry. My email accounts were working fine until I installed Nokia Messaging. I find Nokia Messaging very professional for messaging, but unsure if I will be able to make it work.

Nokia :: N900 Able To Receive Email From Gmail But Unable To Send Out
Jul 27, 20101. I got some serious problem here, I am using my home connection through wifi and my N900 is able to receive email from gmail but unable to send out. I checked the configuration through gmail website and it is correct for sure!
2. I tried to share photo using the share via facebook plugin or pixelpipe plugin, I get transfer error! I've no idea why. But I could use my wifi to validate facebook and pixelpipe account without any problem.
What I suspect is the outgoing connection issue. In fact I am using my laptop on the same wifi connection without any issue at all. What can I do on my N900 to fix this problem?I can use 3G to send out email and upload pictures to facebook but I can't do it via wifi!

Aug 18, 2010This morning I updated to v6 on my bold 9700 and now I cannot set up email accounts. I tried through the phone set up and through BIS but neither work. My phone will get to the point it says "Internet mail account" but if i select, it goes back to the main setup page. If i go through BIS it says "This action cannot be performed using a browser on a computer. Use the email setup application on your BlackBerry® smartphone to create an account." I've tried re-registering my blackberry as well.
