When using bbm and click on the paperclip icon to send a picture, for some reason it wont allow me to do so, when selecting the picture I want to send, it only opens the file and don't actually send it! It happens when sending via email also! it only allows me to send pictures via whatsapp!

I have had my bb torch for a year or so now, and everything is great, but how I can send and receive pictures in text messages? I will try to do so and it will say fail to send picture and when I try to open one, it wont let me because it says I don't have "authorization" to open it?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got my Torch back from being repaired from the track-pad not working.I first cleared anything that might of been on the phone and restored my back-up files to get all my addresses and applications into my phone.I know I have to reopen all the accounts applications I want to work.All my apps I have reinstalled work which I use and are all much needed tools, even up to my documents apps and PDF.I thought my email accounts would of come with the back-up which I reinstalled. I have 2 of each which I need for work, Windows Live, Yahoo and Gmail, but none of them are sending any mail I compose to send and I don't know why, or I may have forgotten not having my phone for so long. or am doing something wrong.

I have a blackberry torch and just recently i have been unable to send pictures via email. I can send normal emails with just text etc but photos are coming up with the red X and the message is 'general failure'. I've been through all my setttings etc and can't figure out why this has happened as it was working fine.I have also checked encryption is off, tried resizing pictures and rebooting too many times to count!

I can received AOL and other emails on my BB w/o any problem. When I send an email from the BB - it sends - yet it never reaches the recipients.

I think since I downloaded the new software (I'm not 100% sure if this was correct) the pictures aren't showing after a certain date, but then nothing only thumbnails with the picture of a hill and memory card icon in the bottom corner. I open my memory card and they're not there.

I even installed latest version of BBM.When we do Send->Pictures->Select Picture, then it gives that normal preview pan where we can write comment and click on send, In my case i just cant select that send button even when it appears usual as always.
