I've had my new phone for about a week. I can recieve emails but after I reply and want to send, there is no send icon or send option in the options list. Also, I tried to open some attachments in an email and the phone said "timeout for sending request. Resend" When I pushed "yes" then the phone said "more request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"

I can send normal emails with just text etc but photos are coming up with the red X and the message is 'general failure'. I've been through all my setttings etc and can't figure out why this has happened as it was working fine.I have also checked encryption is off, tried resizing pictures and rebooting too many times to count!

I can received AOL and other emails on my BB w/o any problem. When I send an email from the BB - it sends - yet it never reaches the recipients.

The SMS settings in Text Messaging -> Options is also gone. I used to be able to send SMS. I've done soft and hard reset but the problem persists. I went to the office of Mtel ask them to decode and explain to them that I can not I use this phone if you do not have to decode it discards the reply from their country was "We can pomegnem if you're odalzhite contract sim card for another year, otherwise we can not help you" And I never tried it decode what you do not send him across the country but was that only M-tel able to decode it, but they would not do it ... and so about two months I have not used the iphone, I had zahvarlila.Mnogo

I have 157361192 Bytes of free space.A few days ago I had trouble sending sms messages. It would either get laggy, or be fine as I"m composing it, but lag completely when I press the 'enter' or 'send' button, and an error that says this will show:"Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(483) is not responding; process terminated"It has been going on for about the third day now. I've tried both soft and hard restarting, and none of it works. My BBM and other messaging services works fine. (Except the KakaoTalk application, too; it very rarely works although it has just released the official Blackberry version... But even before that I had that problem for a while; it worked fine before. I click to open the application and nothing comes up, instead my whole screen freezes, but when I press the red button it get's back to normal. but that's not the main concern for me at the moment.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been unable to receive email on my phone now for days. I initially did a batttery pull and this was unsuccessful. I have done everything possible, that I know of, to fix it on my own. I ended up doing a security wipe and now I cannot send emails either. When I try to send an email i get this message "no message services configured. You will be directed to the setup wizard to setup your email account". However, my email is already set up and I have deleted and readded it, with no luck. I have gone to my service provider- Bell- and they were unable to help me and said that I woudl have to contact Blackberry directly. I have no landline so I would have to go somewhere else in order to call so I can look at my phone at the same time.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have had my BB for around 2 weeks ago and up to now have had no problems. Now all of a sudden today it keeps asking me to validate my email. I have done this several times and get the message that validation has been successful. A couple of minutes later it asks me to do it again!I have deleted my email account and re-added it aswell as do the battery pull but still no success. I rely heavily on my phone to get emails through but it won't work.Can anyone advise me what to do or what the problem might be? I have a gmail account but there isn't any problems with that.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got my Torch back from being repaired from the track-pad not working.I first cleared anything that might of been on the phone and restored my back-up files to get all my addresses and applications into my phone.I know I have to reopen all the accounts applications I want to work.All my apps I have reinstalled work which I use and are all much needed tools, even up to my documents apps and PDF.I thought my email accounts would of come with the back-up which I reinstalled. I have 2 of each which I need for work, Windows Live, Yahoo and Gmail, but none of them are sending any mail I compose to send and I don't know why, or I may have forgotten not having my phone for so long. or am doing something wrong.

The internet connection status said "not connected " and when I returned home the emails were sent. fine.
