I think since I downloaded the new software (I'm not 100% sure if this was correct) the pictures aren't showing after a certain date, but then nothing only thumbnails with the picture of a hill and memory card icon in the bottom corner. I open my memory card and they're not there.

I am having an issue with my pictures which i take with my iphone. For some reason the phone is not naming the pictures. If i email or text a photo to someone they are all named photo.jpeg other iphones have a format like IMG00001 and IMG00002. When i try to send pictures to people they cant save the pictures since they are all named the same thing! (Just in case it matters i am using icloud with photo stream turned on)

Hi there, new blackberry user. I have taken a few pictures with my Bold 9700 and the have shown up in media/pictures/all pictures. Not sure what happened, but now when I take pictures, I can only view them if I explore and go to the pictures folder. How can I go back to viewing all pictures? Any help for a rookie?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI purchased BB torch last week.When I store songs on card via USB, in computer it shows that songs r on card or device, but in the cell phone i just cannot view them?Also, the pictures i click from blackberry does not appear in cell or i cannot simply view them. But when I connect to laptop I can view them in the camera folder.

after taking pictures, the thumbnails isn't showing. there is only 1 small unrecognizable icon appearing and when i tick the icon, only blank screen is showing. the settings are either saved in flash media or built in media. what could be the cause of this? i'm on OS7.also sometimes there is an error message java.lang.illegalargumentexception popping. is my phone defective or is it the OS only?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI do have a question about the pictures in my gallery, though. I used the camera for the first time this morning to take a picture of my kids before school. Once I took the picture and swiped over to view it in the gallery I was given some message about a better shot being available...or something to that effect. I just clicked 'ok' quickly because I was running late and didn't have time to pay attention to it.
I now have 2 pictures with the same file name, but one of them has _TOP at the end of the name. I thought it might have something to do with Google's auto-enhance feature since I have my pics auto-upload to Google, but only one of the pictures shows up in Google+ on the web, and in the Motorola Gallery. They both show up in the Photos app on my phone, and they both show up in OneDrive since I have them auto-upload there, too. Is it some sort of 'best shot' feature the camera is using? Google+? Photos app?
My C7 is running on Anna 22.014 (unable to update to 25) and I am not able to see all the pictures in my mobile under "PHOTOS".I can only see the pictures taken from my camera, but not those which I download from web, from PC or Bluetooth.Also, if I connect my mobile to PC via mass storage and delete some pictures from my phone memory. I can still see those picture thumbnails in "PHOTOS" which I am not able to remove anymore.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a Torch 9810, provider is Rogers. For some reason now when I try to email a picture I receive a popup that says "the attachment file may be reduced in size". Then it takes my nice high resolution photo and reduces the file size to under 100kb. The picture file size is much higher but the phone just reduces the file size.
I believe at some point when I emailed a picture a pop up came up and asked if I wanted to reduce the file size of the picture. I said yes but I think there was a check box that makes this choice apply to all pictures I try to email.
I can't find anywhere in any of the options where I can reset that decision and have the phone send full size pictures when I email them.
Yesterday i took a few pictures and wanted to upload it onto my Pc. It doesnot come up in my Images folder. The last folder that came up was 2011 folder and my 2012 folders for january and february isnot there. if i go to my galery, the images are there but not there when connected to the pc. Is there something wrong with any setting on my phone?

I restore a bunch of photo's and put them in DCIM > Camera folder along with the other pictures I've take, but those don't show up either. The only pictures that show up in the gallery are those that I take with the Camera. I checked the other folders for the .nomedia file, and I don't see it.

Readded all my bbm contacts but the display pics arent showing up .. and they cannot see mine.
I discovered that when I click Media/Expore only the Device file folder displays. The Media file is gone. My camera had 400+ photos on it, and now it says only 16 pictures available, with 0 items in the Camera Pictures. Not only that, the flash is continually lit, and the device gets quite warm, and the battery runs low quickly. I had not recently done a back up, but when I did, it indicated that there were no photos to back up! There is no SD card installed, never had one. I have pulled the battery multiple times, even over night, and nothing is fixed. The camera was working the night before, and when I went to look at the pics the following morning, the flash light was on, and the file and all photos were gone!
View 4 Replies View Relatedthe gallery app which was included isn't showing any pictures, which is extremly annoying, because many apps, like facebook apps, just show a black screen when I select "upload from gallery" If I open up the Gallery app the screen is just black and no pictures are displayed, only the exit and option buttons. Same problem is with the video app... I've already reseted it three times, but still no change.... And the crazy thing is, that with the photo browser app I'm able to see the pictures... Also there's a problem with switching the ring and alarm-tone. Exactly the same thing, I Do have music on my phone and the player is working... But I can't choose another tone for alarmtone, won't open fricking folder.

I had about 200 pics which I had transfered from my PC to my memory card in my curve and all the pictures show in the picture libary. But when I put the same Micro SD card in my new Bold 9900, all the music is in there but no pictures in the library? Or anywhere. Funny thing is, when I connect my phone to my pc and click on the memery card icon in my computer, its showing all the picture files?

I have only had my Edge 4 days i noticed this morning my pictures were not showing in the gallery. I tried restarting and still not showing. They are on the device storage though. But i can not figure out how to get them back to the gallery. Strangely enough, the pictures I took yesterday are in the gallery.
I have called Tmobile and Samsung both Are unsure of the issue. This is my last effort to get the problem resolved with this phone before I reset it. How to resolve this or is a reset needed?
