I'm a new Blackberry user - just moved to BB from an Android phone. I have TONS of pictures saved on my SD card from my Android phone, and I cannot see them on my BB. Can anyone offer any assistance?
I thought it was as simple as "unmounting" the card from my old phone and inserting it into my BB, but apparently not

I inserted the card into its USB adapter for my computer and tried to format it Fat, exFat, NTFS, and FAT in Cmd Prompt. I hope my blackberry didnt break my MicroSD card..
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a Bold 9900. A few weeks before I bought this phone a had a curve. I had a 32gb Micro SD memory card in. I had about 200 pics which I had transfered from my PC to my memory card in my curve and all the pictures show in the picture libary. But when I put the same Micro SD card in my new Bold 9900, all the music is in there but no pictures in the library? Or anywhere. Funny thing is, when I connect my phone to my pc and click on the memery card icon in my computer, its showing all the picture files?
View 2 Replies View RelatedYesterday I bought a 16GB sd card and i inserted it into my phone samsung S5 and then I went to a party and I took some pictures which were automatically stored in sd card . when I came back to home I took out my SD card and reinserted it then my pictures were not visible in gallery . I checked into the my file folder in which opened sd card folder and checked everywhere there were not photos but some files which i opened and it wasn't opening there was written that no apps can perform this action . i switched the phone off and then restarted it no picture is visible. what is the solution ? how can i get my photos again?

Readded all my bbm contacts but the display pics arent showing up .. and they cannot see mine.

(Media Card/Blackberry/pictures) I am not able to move the pictures from the Device Memory folder to either the memory Card or to my PC. Normal "Move" and PC downbload procudes don't work (I can't get to the Device Memory folders via my PC, and the Blackberry won't let me move from the Device memory to the Media Card.) But when I click picture with the camera and the storage option being Device, it gets stored and can be viewed in the picture list. Same thing happens with the Videos.

View 6 Replies View RelatedThe battery on my daughter's BB Curve 9300 went completely flat the other day and will no longer charge in the usual way. However, we have found another way to recharge the battery and after inserting it fully charged to the handset re-booted.
It all re-booted ok but when the password screen appeared it wouldn't respond to any keys on the handset and she can't enter the password. The handset is now permantently locked and won't even switch it off. We've tried removing the battery and re-booting (several times) but no luck.
Is there a dock for the Curve 3G 9330? Something that would let me "stand up" the phone on a night stand as an Alarm Clock and charge (or run phone on DC, non-battery power) at the same time?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got the Blackberry Curve 3G 9330 from Verizon. This morning I loaded Blackberry desktop software (based on the prompts) on my laptop. After setting up the sync function (with a yahoo account), my blackberry screen in blank. There is a blinking red light in the top right face of the phone. It blinks twice every 3 seconds Battery is fully charged and I tried to remove the battery and reinstall it. No change. I tried to hold down the end button to turn it off and nothing happens.

How do I transfer them to the media card, and can I "select all" to move them all at once or do I have to go picture by picture?
Also, I use Desktop Manager for Mac. Is there any way I can move them around through my Mac Finder? Would I have to disable Mass Storage? In what situations would one enable or disable Mass Storage and MTP? (OK, that's probably a second topic; but I haven't found a good explanation of what it is.)
I have a blackberry 8520. I started having a problem with my memory card recently. When I connect my phone to my computer I can transfer music and pictures to my memory card. But once I disconnect it, I can't get anything i.e. the music folder is empty as well as the picture folder&video folder. I've formatted my memory card, and redid the process and still its the same problem. Taken my phone apart still the same problem. And I've checked and in my settings it says my memory card is inserted even shows how much space I have left etc. I can't even store any pics I take or see them on my phone I can't even rename them cause it tells me that operation isn't allowed on a read only file. I've checked my settings and its setting is everything must be saved to my memory card even changed the amount or size of pics. Even changed the type of pictures that can be taken from super fine to normal.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a cell phone so I can place and recieve calls and my 9330 won't place calls (it "connects" but there s no sound and when the person "I called" answers there is a clicking sound), answer calls (it rings, and the "talk" nor "select" buttons work) nor play media files through the media plaers (I always get the same error msg "there was an error in playback"). I have no idea if it is related, but "app world" disappeared as well as any screen identifying the OS. I am stymied, frustrated and on my way to being really upset.
