Dec 1, 2014I've got some albums on my phone that are named and say "from my mac" on the bottom. When I click on edit, the albums "from my mac" I can't delete but I can delete everything else. If I go into these albums and even select a picture to delete, the trash icon is greyed out. I've also plugged my iPhone into my mac and chose to disable photo syncing from my mac so it doesn't sync any photos but these photos are still on here. Any way deleting all my photos from my phone? I have them all backed up on my computer so I'm not worried about deleting them all I just can't find out a way.Â

Nov 16, 2010I converted part of an .mp4 file into an .avi file in an attempt to see if the conversion would allow it to run on the phone...it did but with no picture because I used the wrong codec
However, now I can't delete the file and keep getting an error message stating that the file is in use, which it is not.
I have checked through applications manager and also did a soft reboot. still won't let me delete the file.

If i email or text a photo to someone they are all named photo.jpeg other iphones have a format like IMG00001 and IMG00002. Apr 14, 2012Because my iTunes wasn't syncing my music to my iPhone properly, I tried to reinstall iTunes. I deleted all Apple-programs, except the Bonjour-file. Deleting via Control Panel doesn't work, because I have no access to the file. I can't open it in Program Files because it's damaged and unreadable. How on earth is it even possible that you can't remove one d*mn file from your computer.

May 1, 2012I updated from 4.0 to 5.1 and now when i open my camera roll it says there are no pictures and or videos taken. It says to take pictures click on the camera or whatever. So i do and i take a picture and try an look at it an there is no picture in my camera. I have completely restored it twice, rebooted many times, turned it off an on. I backed up everything after i updated i restored my contacts and such. Anyone know what i can do?
