Jun 5, 2014since updating 7.1.1 imessage is not able to send pictures. Text message is not a problem, receiving pictures is working. Checked several hints but nothimg worked. Is this a bug in 7.1.1?

Oct 1, 2010Rogers Torch 9800I am unable to send any pictures taken with camera through BBM.I have;Been able to send pictures transferred from old BBAdjusted picture sizeMove pictures from camera into renamed folderBatt pullTried examining other forumsThe 'straightforward' path through BBM brings me to the picture where I can only view and zoom it. Options are limited to 'media' options. Taking route to access photo and select to send through options not listed. Spoke to a UK Torch owner and they don't have this issue following BBM path.

May 13, 2011When using bbm and click on the paperclip icon to send a picture, for some reason it wont allow me to do so, when selecting the picture I want to send, it only opens the file and don't actually send it! My Blackberry rebooted (to delete an app) and now all the files on the media card aren't available through the media shortcuts.I was able to get the music files to appear by using "Explore", finding each file and opening each song individually.Only then did they appear in my player.I am unable to get my pictures to display.I can see them when I "explore" but not through the pictures shortcut.Why isn't my device set up to read media files automatically from the media card? I've tried every option and setting I can think of and need some help.I'm within my 14 day window, and thinking of taking it back!It worked and now it doesn't!Is there something wrong with my phone?

Jun 16, 2011I've not had my torch 9800 for long. But lately taking pictures the images have been saving as a jpg rem file. Instead of just jpg. Last night I connected my BB throught the usb to transfer some pictures to the laptop but was only able to see a preview of my first few pictures(jpg) and the latest ones (jpg rem) were unable to be previewed, so was unable to transfer! Not changed any thing on camera options so at a lost to why they have changed!
