Oct 25, 2011This is my third BlackBerry Bold 9000, and the first time I've had problems downloading the FB app. It says 'Sorry, your device does not meet the systems requirements that are needed to support FB.' I've tried resending service book and removing battery - which did nothing. My Bold is v 4.6.303, platform 4.0.0.248, application memory 61.0MB, Device memory 859.2MB (free space 823.6MB).

Apr 14, 2011I'm unable to load Device Software to my phone. Have tried with various Bundle from Various Carriers, still there seems to be no luck at all. Its basically dead now with no OS on it. I've tried with various Version of DM and DS, still nothing seems to be working what so ever.My exact problem is, it's stuck at "Reconnecting to JVM" and that's it, nothing happens after that. Mar 26, 2012I have full 4G signal from my service provider and from my personal wifi router, but my BB has stopped receiving emails, BBMs, weather updates, and I do not have access to internet, app world and so on, but I am still able to receive and make calls.I've been like this for 3 days now.I have a torch 9810 for about 6 months, and I am using OS 7.0 b 2404 (v7.0.0.583, platform 5.0.0.736) for weeks with no problems until now. So far I have try.
- Full restart cycle
- Disable my Mobile Network and use only wifi for internet access.
- Disable Wi-Fi and use only the Mobile Network.
- Restore my first device backup when I got it right out of the box.
- Use alternative Wi-Fi networks (Open)

Dec 14, 2010i copied pics from ALL to ALBUM's new folder and then deleted the same pics in ALL folder but automatically all the pics in new folder got deleted.
normally in all nokia phones this method works without any prob.

The exact message is "we cannot reach the facebook server at this time. please try again later. (100)". And on my Twitter, the error message is "BWP security token retrieval failed." My Blackberry rebooted (to delete an app) and now all the files on the media card aren't available through the media shortcuts.I was able to get the music files to appear by using "Explore", finding each file and opening each song individually.Only then did they appear in my player.I am unable to get my pictures to display.I can see them when I "explore" but not through the pictures shortcut.Why isn't my device set up to read media files automatically from the media card?
