i copied pics from ALL to ALBUM's new folder and then deleted the same pics in ALL folder but automatically all the pics in new folder got deleted.
normally in all nokia phones this method works without any prob.
I have a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. I accidentally deleted all the pictures and videos from Gallery Images& Videos. Do you think that I can recover the phone pictures? Or someone could send me them?

Unfortunately, they have not been backed up and its just typical that I was only recently planning to upload them onto my laptop.
Is there any way I can retrieve them? By maybe using a file recovery software or from the phone itself.
My nokia 603 got some error on "gallery". I can't open gallery and file .jpg, when I open it, it shows "Home screen: feature not support". After I restore the phone, it still error.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got the N8 & can't add mp4 or mkv files to my mass media, I've tried other formats aswell avi, divx, I've even copied the mp4 movie trailer that you get already on the phone from my pc back to the phone & it's still getting an error message.
I can get windows media/audio file to work, but that's it.
As the title said, deleted photo's thumbnails appear in my N97's capture gallery. I capture an image or two and when I go to my Photos > Captured I see tumbnails of images I deleted a long time ago. When I open a file I still see an image that was deleted ower a year ago.
Only when I click "edit" do I see the recently captured image that I should have seen in the first place.I tried everything. Restore factory settings, delete everything the phone lets me in explorer... still the problem persists. Any ideas on how to fix this?
when i copy the jpg files into my mass memory. the default photo viewer fr N8 can't view jpg files in order (eg, 1.jpg jump to 3.jpg) just wondering is that a way to view files systematically?
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen watching avi and mkv when I select to play another part of the movie the sound does not come back. I only get the video with no sound. The files are large from 700 MB to 4500 MB. Sometimes the sound comes several seconds (sometimes aprox. 10). Some files I get points of the movie that the video pauses itself. I have to fast forward a few seconds to get the movie to continue playing. I have a Nokia E7 with Belle. Are this issues normal to Belle or are caused by a bad update from Anna?

However, when I go to 'gallery' on my phone (with the memory card inside), these files can still be seen - i.e., their names and sizes (but not the images). In Anna I could find pictures in file management in order to move/copy them to memory stick, but that seems to be not possible in Belle. Also the phone guide tells you can select where to save the pictures by going to Settings - Application settings - camera - Photo or Video. Unfortunately in my N8 Belle there is no possibility to select any folder for saving the pictures. So I can not find the new pictures anywhere to remove them from the phone without using computer.

Sometime I carry with me a tape measure and I lay it along the lenght and/r height of the item just to get a rough measurement of the item's dimension.Is it possible for Nokia to develop a camera with a built-in measuring tape that shows up in the pictures taken? The measuring tape should be able to adjust to the distance between the camera and the object so that the actual dimension of the object is measured accurately. If I take a picture of crawling snake from 20 feet away the picture taken should be able to show the actual lenght of the snake.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have an N8 and haven't upgraded it to Bella. I can't access to my pictures in my phone. If I go to the pictures gallery and select albums it says "837 captured items" but when I select the file it shows nothing, it says "no images or video clips"!!!.
I know they are in E:
but when I use File manager and enter to E: I can't open the images file, it says "unable to open, file not supported". I don't know what to do, I don't have the cable to connect my phone to my computer and even if I had it I cannot enter to Ovi suite because I have a Mac.
I accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. I would like to learn how I can recover these pictures.
