I have a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. I accidentally deleted all the pictures and videos from Gallery Images& Videos. Do you think that I can recover the phone pictures? Or someone could send me them?

All new and old images got automatically deleted. everytime I take new photos, they automatically get deleted as soon as battery gets low or cell gets switched off or restarted for any reason. what to do? whats the use of 12 megapixel camera if cant store photos.

Menu > Settings and Phone > Phone mgmt. >Security > Phone and SIM card > Phone autolock period
I have 148 images to download to PC but the wizard only downloaded 125 . Can someone tell me why I can not capture the other 23 images even though I can view them in the gallery?

I do not remember what I did (I think rearranged the files on my memory card) but somehow I got pictures & videos to show up under PhotosNow that I have upgraded to Belle, once again only photos shows up in Gallery. At the same time I can't open any picture, it gives me "format not supported" message, as such my camera has been rendered useless since I can't view the pictures.

normally in all nokia phones this method works without any prob.
tried installing the ms apps using a third party app since i saw it worked on other people's phones and i thought i would give it a shot i was wrong for about 3-4 days i've been scouring the internet trying to find a solution to the Home screen:feature not supported bug or whatever it is, but to no avail. I am starting to become a bit desperate as the gallery simply will not work no matter what i do, .jpgs wont open, and my phone has been handicapped in the most literal sense of the word. Also i've tried hard resetting twice but to no result. I've considered hacking the phone and installing a custom firmware but i didnt want to destroy the phone completely, and also waiting for the feature pack might take too long for me.
View 5 Replies View Relatedi have updated my n8 to anna with all the required files. but after update i noticed that the gallery only shows the images that i have clicked with camera not other pics in the pictures folder. when i later moved those pics from pictures folder to camera folder i was able to see them in gallery. now this isnt convenient.

I have accidentally deleted a folder containing some very important work related files from my Nokia E6 They were stored on the phone memory.
Unfortunately, they have not been backed up and its just typical that I was only recently planning to upload them onto my laptop.
Is there any way I can retrieve them? By maybe using a file recovery software or from the phone itself.
i have my mobile noki 5233.i have purchased the software Internet downloader pro from nokia ovi store bt when i download video in mp4 h.264 format it doesn't play it says either can play video or audio bt it plays flv h.263 format very well.bt all thevideos are in 240p resolution all the mp4 format has the higher resolution bt it doesn't show any option to download h.263 format in mp4 videos.play videos in h.364 format.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAs the title said, deleted photo's thumbnails appear in my N97's capture gallery. I capture an image or two and when I go to my Photos > Captured I see tumbnails of images I deleted a long time ago. When I open a file I still see an image that was deleted ower a year ago.
Only when I click "edit" do I see the recently captured image that I should have seen in the first place.I tried everything. Restore factory settings, delete everything the phone lets me in explorer... still the problem persists. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Since the Belle update, I noticed that, videos I recorded with the camera, do not appear anymore in the list of videos in the Video application.The videos appear in the Gallery application with the pictures. I think this a bug with the Video application.

View 11 Replies View RelatedI have set up the camera settings on my E55 to store pictures on the memory card.Now, after transferring those I wanted onto my computer's HD, I deleted most of the photos from the card (in Windows Explorer). However, when I go to 'gallery' on my phone (with the memory card inside), these files can still be seen - i.e., their names and sizes (but not the images). I cannot seem to be able to delete these entries from the phone's interface.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy nokia 5800 takes many time to autofocus i.e. changing of bracket from yellow to green. Firstly I can see zooming of lens in and out during autofocus, but now I can't. As a result the pic it shoots is blurred. When i compare the picture quality of 5800 with 5233 (2 mp), I found quality of 5233's pic is far better than 3.2 mp carl zeiss lens.
