Galaxy S6 :: Cannot Send Or Receive Pictures - Unable To Download Or Attach
Oct 3, 2015
I have a galaxy s6 with verizon and hen I try to send pictures it says "unable to attach file". but sometimes it says it cannot re-size the pictures. When I have pictures sent to me they come through but never download it just stays on the downloading bar. I also believe I have my data on so thats not the problem. Why is this?
i am currently on at&t and having send recieve problems on my defy xt 535 iv taken it to my local at&t store had myAPN data added still am unable to send or recieve pictures even on wifi
I can text messages all day but sending or receiving pictures will not work. my s5 will just remain in sending mode infinitely will not download as well.
I got my Pearl 3G about a month ago, but I just noticed that I can't attach anything but Pictures, when I compose an email and try to attach a document there's an error message "The attachment file may be reduced in size" and the folder I can browse only Pictures folder.
I already try to: Soft Reset -> FAILHard Reset -> FAILdelete & resend service books -> FAILRe-Register on Host Routing Table -> FAILUpgrade OS to 5.0.0.978 -> FAILDowngrade OS to 5.0.0.689 -> FAILCall the Service Provider? always got DUMP solution, restart, restart and restart......
I have a strange issue,if my phone hasn't sent or received a text for a few hours I am unable to send or receive text messages, turning on and then off aeroplane mode fixes it instantly. Its like my phone has "forgot" my network.
I am unable to send or receive multimedia text messages but I am able to connect to all my social medias just fine. I have plenty of data left and I am disconnected from my at home wifi.I've tried rebooting it and trying to send a multimedia message while connected to wifi and nothing has worked.
I can't send or receive MMS pictures. I've done the Settings>More>Internet Settings (Download settings for internet and MMS) thing, and my internet browsing is and always has been fine. If I turn Wi-Fi off and choose to browse via 2G, it's next to useless, but it DOES work. When I get into a 3/4G area it works as you'd expect without me changing any settings. In a 2G only area, a ~256K image should still be able to be received and sent, albeit with a slight wait, shouldn't it?
The message I get when people try to send me something is "Message not downloaded", and although I can press and hold to select "Download message", it still doesn't work. WHen I try to send, I get "Message queued for sending", after about 5 minutes. I've read about that message lots of times, but it seems the answer is always that the user hasn't downloaded the correct internet/MMS settings, which I have.I'm on O2, UK, and am on a contract with data available (and it won't deny me more data if I go over my limit).
I'm unable to receive picture messages on my C7-00 smart phone. I can send pictures without problems but not receive. Is it possible to disable receiving pictures? If so how do I enable it?
I have been using the 8530 for almost 2 years now. My phone fell in water and I had to get a new one. I had been on Verizon but recently switched to pageplus talk and text. I bought a new unlocked phone on ebay and there is no MMS text option on the new phone and I cannot send or receive pictures. My plan is the same one I had with the old phone and the MMS text worked on my old phone.
I'm having issues sending and receiving pictures on my Lumia 1520 not to mention some other issues. Before updating to 8.1 it was working fine even on DP. I checked the apn settings & everything is correct. When I go to access point in settings it just closes on me. I'm using a unlocked ATT 1520 on T mobile. This is my 5th windows phone but I think it might be my last. The only reason I went with windows phone was because I loved Nokia. Now with all this Microsoft bs going on I might just sell my phone & my surface pro 2.
I am having problems with my Nokia 2330 - Cant seem to be able to send or receive photos. When I receive a photo text from someone. the following message keeps saying "Uknown network error" and I cannot view it at all, I have tried to retrieve it, but wont do it. Also I cant send photos, which is rubbish. My phone lets me take photos and they get stored no problem.
Even before the 'big crash' my daughters BBM didn't work. I have tried all the resets there are even uninstalled it, re-installed it etc. When I first got the phone 18 months ago it worked fine. Now wont send, wont receive, can't see anyone's pictures in the menu's. Got wi-fi, got credit, on Curve 8520
How do I get my 9530 Storm to automatically download graphics/pictures in any emails that I receive? I'm sure it's something simple but I can not seem to figure it out.
When I go to attach a picture to a text message, it just opens up the picture (like so I see it fullscreen) and doesn't actually attach. But it's only with pictures I've recently taken for some reason. I can attach older pictures. It's so frustrating omg really losing my patience with it. I've tried taking out the battery and SIM card which didn't work, tried making the picture size smaller, still doesn't work.
I get photos from others via text. When I try to send a photo it comes up with a red X in the top right corner. I try to attach the file and it won't send it that way either on my LG4.
I was curious if anyone could help me with this problem. Any time someone sends me a picture, it won't go through. I have tried in both chomp and my default setting, and it won't work. All it does is keep ringing as if I have a new text. But when I click on it, nothing comes through. So then, I close it/delete the conversation and then it starts ringing again.
I have the Curve 3G and am unable to send/receive MMS.I figure it's because of the default settings but I cannot find the MMS settings anywhere. Normally it is right under the options menu but when I go to my options, all it has are: Sounds and Ring Tones, Networks and Connections, Display, Typing and Input, Device, Call Management, Security, Accessibility, and Third Party Applications.I have tried to find the MMS settings under these but cannot.
I am unable to send/recieve MMS from my xperia X10. Now problem is if I make a following profile by going to Settings >> Wireless & networks >> Mobile Networks >> Acess Point Names.

neither my GPRS work nor MMS. If I remove APN type = mms than my GPRS start to work again normally. Even if I put APN = mms still MMS would not work.
