Even before the 'big crash' my daughters BBM didn't work. I have tried all the resets there are even uninstalled it, re-installed it etc. When I first got the phone 18 months ago it worked fine. Now wont send, wont receive, can't see anyone's pictures in the menu's. Got wi-fi, got credit, on Curve 8520

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been using the 8530 for almost 2 years now. My phone fell in water and I had to get a new one. I had been on Verizon but recently switched to pageplus talk and text. I bought a new unlocked phone on ebay and there is no MMS text option on the new phone and I cannot send or receive pictures. My plan is the same one I had with the old phone and the MMS text worked on my old phone.

Suddenly a week ago my email and messenger stopped working. I am connected to my home wifi and use O2 data plan otherwise.I did a battery pull to no effect.I rang the O2 helplne twice and they talked me through various operations but couldnt solve the problem. Eventually they said that as it was purchased in London (it was a gift but I have the receipt), I needed to return it to the shop as it was a BB problem. Not so easy as I live in the west of Ireland.If I go to Email settings it says "Your device had a problem connecting to the server".In Service Status - it says BB Internet Service Connection: Not connected BB Enterprise Server Connection: Not connected.Text messaging works fine. Browser works fine too and obviously I can access my email from here but that is major hassle.
View 3 Replies View RelatedWell i noticed when i got a call from my gf the picture came up using her fb profile pic which was always so blurred! So I remember changing it to another picture and selecting it to show up as the caller id picture and to overwrite anything that would change it.
However now , it also changes her bbm picture and it would not change even if she changes it herself now her bbm picture is stuck as well.I forgot where i went to change this overwrite picture setting...
before I download to device new sofware was able to go to picture, menu and select to send via email. Now It does not show to select send email.

I've done the Settings>More>Internet Settings (Download settings for internet and MMS) thing, and my internet browsing is and always has been fine. If I turn Wi-Fi off and choose to browse via 2G, it's next to useless, but it DOES work. When I get into a 3/4G area it works as you'd expect without me changing any settings.In a 2G only area, a ~256K image should still be able to be received and sent, albeit with a slight wait, shouldn't it?

The message I get when people try to send me something is "Message not downloaded", and although I can press and hold to select "Download message", it still doesn't work. WHen I try to send, I get "Message queued for sending", after about 5 minutes. I've read about that message lots of times, but it seems the answer is always that the user hasn't downloaded the correct internet/MMS settings, which I have.I'm on O2, UK, and am on a contract with data available (and it won't deny me more data if I go over my limit).
I Tried to go to the apple support but nothing fixes it. My iMessage says waiting for activation..

We have tried removing each other as a contact, reading and if I read him it just says 'pending' also we have updated so we have the same version but still nothing!

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm having issues sending and receiving pictures on my Lumia 1520 not to mention some other issues. Before updating to 8.1 it was working fine even on DP. I checked the apn settings & everything is correct. When I go to access point in settings it just closes on me. I'm using a unlocked ATT 1520 on T mobile. This is my 5th windows phone but I think it might be my last. The only reason I went with windows phone was because I loved Nokia. Now with all this Microsoft bs going on I might just sell my phone & my surface pro 2.

I am having problems with my Nokia 2330 - Cant seem to be able to send or receive photos. When I receive a photo text from someone. the following message keeps saying "Uknown network error" and I cannot view it at all, I have tried to retrieve it, but wont do it.
