Oct 25, 2010before I download to device new sofware was able to go to picture, menu and select to send via email. Now It does not show to select send email.

Apr 19, 2010I have a Nokia 5530 XpressMusic that is 3 months old And I've had no problems with it until recently.It has come to my attention that When I send smiley faces or winks such as ^___^ or ^___~, the ^ and ~ signs do not show up to whomever i send the text message to and only the underscore ___ is seen by the reciever. In my inbox it shows those symbols but in the reciever's inbox it's just an underscore. I'm not sure if that happens to other characters since i mainly use those two.I update the software/firmware (I'm not familiar with the terminology) frequently. So I'm not sure if this problem is just the phone that I recieved or if not all phones could recieve the ^ /~ sign (i doubt it though).

Dec 12, 2010X10 hangs alot and never recovers afterwards for example most of the time when ever i use its camera, during the usage it hangs and stops responding to anything, the only solution to get the normal functionality back is to restart my mobile by pulling out battery and putting back in. Jun 20, 2011bought the pearl 3g 9105. i want to update the it to os 6 i downloaded the os officially from the black berry website and installed it. but when i connect the pearl to my pc the bb desktop software does not show the os 6 installer it only shows 2 options os 5 and one to downgrade it to os 5 of a previous version.

Sep 27, 2015I don't think the messenger app can be disabled in any android because (from what i've heard) it's the backend for 3rd party messenger apps. If you disable it, chomp and handcent etc wouldn't work either.
If you've disabled notifications in stock messenger app then i can't think why you should still be getting them. I'm using chomp too and i have my notifications switched off in stock, so i'm only getting notifications from chomp.
I guess it must be network related Since you can't disable the stock messaging app that comes on the LG G3, you have to treat it as part of a 3rd party app i.e.: Textra. If you're having problems sending MMS pictures with Textra on the LG G3:
First make the stock messaging app your default app then in the stock messaging app, go into SETTINGS>NOTIFICATION SETTINGS>uncheck the NOTIFICATIONS - Display new message notifications box. Go back to Textra and make it your default messaging app when it asks you and it will now send pictures!
