Apr 13, 2015I can text messages all day but sending or receiving pictures will not work. my s5 will just remain in sending mode infinitely will not download as well.

Oct 3, 2015I have a galaxy s6 with verizon and hen I try to send pictures it says "unable to attach file". but sometimes it says it cannot re-size the pictures. When I have pictures sent to me they come through but never download it just stays on the downloading bar. I also believe I have my data on so thats not the problem. Why is this?

Oct 2, 2015My Galaxy S5 was bought new and boxed on August 6th. After 5 weeks it started playing up as the ringtone would play over and over with every new notification (FB, Twitter etc) meaning I had to turn the phone off. A reboot and Zedge app delete sorted this out however now I find I cannot sent text messages but I can receive them. I can also post on all social media but not send a text.
I have twice restored the phone to factory settings which solves the problem for about a week, then it returns. I'm on 4G with Unlimited Texts and I'm not over my allowance. To date I have tried the following which didn't work....
* Switched the phone off then back on
* Installed the latest software
* Switched to Flight Mode then back again
* Checked the text message centre number (+447782000800) is correct
* Restored phone to factory settings (twice)
* Removed WhatsApp
* Removed all music and video media
I managed to get my text service up and running (so far) by clearing the message cache. Here is how to do it on Samsung S5 APPS - SETTINGS - scroll down to APPLICATIONS - APPLICATION MANAGER - scroll across the screen to the left to the 'ALL' menu - scroll down to MESSAGES - CLEAR CACHE. Finally re-start your phone to allow changes to take effect.

Oct 30, 2013I can't send or receive MMS pictures. I've done the Settings>More>Internet Settings (Download settings for internet and MMS) thing, and my internet browsing is and always has been fine. If I turn Wi-Fi off and choose to browse via 2G, it's next to useless, but it DOES work. When I get into a 3/4G area it works as you'd expect without me changing any settings.In a 2G only area, a ~256K image should still be able to be received and sent, albeit with a slight wait, shouldn't it?
The message I get when people try to send me something is "Message not downloaded", and although I can press and hold to select "Download message", it still doesn't work. WHen I try to send, I get "Message queued for sending", after about 5 minutes. I've read about that message lots of times, but it seems the answer is always that the user hasn't downloaded the correct internet/MMS settings, which I have.I'm on O2, UK, and am on a contract with data available (and it won't deny me more data if I go over my limit).

I checked the apn settings & everything is correct. When I go to access point in settings it just closes on me. I'm using a unlocked ATT 1520 on T mobile. This is my 5th windows phone but I think it might be my last. The only reason I went with windows phone was because I loved Nokia. Now with all this Microsoft bs going on I might just sell my phone & my surface pro 2.
