Apr 19, 2010Got my BB curve 8025 at the weekend and have encounted afew things i didnt understand serched the net and found this site which as been a god send! I'm trying to set up email but atm its only giving me the option for setting up work email account with a BB enterprise server - I just want to set up a normal email account using my normal hotmail account but i cant get any further along as it asks for my enterprise activation password - which i obviously dont have?
Also - a few friend have gien me their pin so i can add them on BBM, i type the pin and it says contact pending but the person/s im trying to add get no notification that i'm trying to add them - we try it the other way with me giving them my pin and get the same result WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Mar 21, 2010I joined Nokia Messaging service, downloaded the last version software using my Nokia E71 phone. When I signed for the service it asked me for my email account details, so I could not put the settings manually. The hotmail account works fine, but the other account cannot send messages. I cannot change the outgoing settings using my phone and I cannot edit the information on the nokia messaging website.
The incoming server seems to be ok (mail1.doctors.org.uk) but I cannot change the server details : smtp2.realmail-asp.co.uk. My provider is Tmobile (they gave me this: smtp.t-email.co.uk) they were not helpful and told me that they mainly support blackberry. My email accounts were working fine until I installed Nokia Messaging. I find Nokia Messaging very professional for messaging, but unsure if I will be able to make it work.

I was not in the text app and recording a video as of I were going to send it, but rather the normal camera mode. Is this the default? If so, can it be changed? Dec 29, 2015New Galaxy six, did the whole gmail sync to get my contacts transferred. Also since the gmail account set-up, I'm getting so much more junk in both of my accounts. Aug 29, 2011I have set up my HughesNet email account on my EX124G. I can receive email messages but cannot send them. I have set up the email account according to HugheNets instructions. Their instructions were to use incoming server mail.hughes.net and outgoing server smtp.hughes.net with authentication. Anything beyond that, they want me to contact the phone manufacturer. Because I can receive email I believe I have the settings correct, but I have tried just about everything I can think of and can't send email from the phone. I receive a "wrong account settings" message after sending. Is there something in the settings that I am missing?

Jun 29, 2014I recently took a video that was 1.5 min and the size of the file was over 6 mb. I used the default settings. I was unable to enclose it in a text, or an email on the phone. I moved it to my computer but still was unable to email it as it was to large. I tried zipping it, raring it but could find no way to send it.
There has to be a way to reduce the size of a video as I can with photo's.
