Updated to OS 6.0 bundle 2921, the settings on the desktop software were only set to sync date and time. It updated and rebooted, and wiped all my music and most importantly pictures.
The strange thing is that my background wallpaper was one of those pictures and it is still there. Did this update Really wipe everything forever?? It shows total application memory of 250MB and free application memory of 34MB.
How to retrieve my lost music. My laptop that I had all of my music on was ruined a leak in my ceiling. So after that I pretty much only downloaded songs to my phone. I just updated my phone and lost all of my music. It said that it was backing up my phone so I thought it was putting my music in a file on my new computer. I did a search and it appears to be no music at all. Does anyone know how to remedy this matter?

I updated from 3.1.2 to iOS4 then restored a backup that I made just before but my iTunes library (on the iPhone) is empty. Also non of my apps were restored.

I WILL 100% have all of them back up to GOOGLE as I capture them from now on.
The card has about 130 folders (0 byte each) called " µ " now.
"Music" folder is gone whats so ever (but I have that backed up)
I have a blackberry 8520 curve, my music and pictures have disappeared, when I take pictures now they are not showing up on the phone. I still have the same ringtone and text message alert message. I took out the memory card and put it back in and it's still the same. When I put in the data cable to view online I am getting a checked arrow next to the blackberry and cant access anything.

Upon turning it back on I found that all the pictures I had taken in the previous 2 weeks were deleted, all but one picture that is. Now, a few days ago my phone wouldn't show pictres in the media tab at all, so I took out the battery and replaced it and pictures showed up. I tried this again for fiding these pictures and it didn't work. Have I lost all of my pictures or will they magically come back again? Anyone else having this issue?
View 5 Replies View RelatedLast night I had left my BB on my table, didn't touch it till I went to set my alarm, when I noticed the flash constantly going on and off. So I went to stop it by just pressing the red handset button but it still wouldn't stop flashing. I was pressing every button on the BB so after 5 minutes or so I just took the back off and the battery out waited another few moments then put it back together.
The flashing had stopped but the red light was on which seemed like forever. Then it came up with a screen with a long bar and it was loading up. Then I had to confirm the date and time, all was ok. But my screen saver pic wasn't there just the standard BB one. I went to change it back and that is when I saw that all my photos and pics had gone!! I was so upset as I had some holiday pics on there.
I'm was just looking at the app store put my phone down to do something picked it up and I have jvm error 529 on my screen my phone is in great condition don't look at any dodgy websites memory in not full. Why has this happened??? I have lost all my vids and pics which meant a lot to me none have been up loaded to my computer

Bluetooth gives a message on my laptop that the remote device does not support....I am not sure what it was again.I would like to oninstall my google talk.When I installed my desktop manager my ping contacts and even my blackberry messenger dissapeared, I had to add everybody from my list again.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an N8 and haven't upgraded it to Bella. I can't access to my pictures in my phone. If I go to the pictures gallery and select albums it says "837 captured items" but when I select the file it shows nothing, it says "no images or video clips"!!!.

but when I use File manager and enter to E: I can't open the images file, it says "unable to open, file not supported". I don't know what to do, I don't have the cable to connect my phone to my computer and even if I had it I cannot enter to Ovi suite because I have a Mac.

The weird thing is that in my txts the names are there and if you hit contacts at the top of the txt it shows all the info of the contact like id be looking at it in my contact list.

Took all the precautions beforehand pressing sync and backing up etc. After the update I have lost all my contacts and apps and how they were arranged on the home screen. Stangely, I still have all my text messages. I'm not bothered about my apps or music they can be purchased again but is there any way of getting my contacts back? I updated my I Phone 4 to the os 5.1.1 but lost all of my contacts. I believe it should still be stored in my laptop Apple file but don't know how to restore. I only see the restore option to the factory settings. I have never used the I Cloud.

Recently I updated muy SE Xperia Mini Pro to ICS (Android 4).With GB (Android 2.3.3) I choose my favorit theme in orange color. after updating to the 5 version for my iphone 4 the screen went blank, nothing would work and the itunes said error. tried again and same thing happened. couldn't bring my phone back to life so did a restore on it. that worked but lost everything and the itunes said if you do a restore it will bring back the contacts on it etc but no. All the apps have gone, my contacts, notebook etc.I have tried syncing back to the itunes to pick up the music again and it will only do 1 song, then says there is an error and won't upload anymore, it just freezes. I have deleted icloud thinking that might be the problem as it was updated and was added. but no change.

I was just wondering if anyone else might have had a similar problem. I paid for an app, screen charger photo and when i updated my blackberry curve 8530 the app that was there when it restarted waas the unpaid free version. This only bugs me because i had the full paid version.
