I can not import pictures and music from my laptop to my phone.Not with datacable, not even with bluetooth. Bluetooth gives a message on my laptop that the remote device does not support....I am not sure what it was again.I would like to oninstall my google talk.When I installed my desktop manager my ping contacts and even my blackberry messenger dissapeared, I had to add everybody from my list again.

Does it with some more often then others and seems to be ones that i've added myself rather then ones taken from facebook. Anyone else experienced this?i'm running 5.0.0.351 although i'm upgrading it now to see if it cures the issue.

I cannot get my computer to recognize my media card. I want to be able to get the pictures and videos off of my phone but it will not recognize anything on my memory card.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI use a german phone, so maybe some points are named different. If I open the gallery and then 'Pictures and Videos' I cannot see the Folder where my pictures are in. All pictures are on the microSD-Card in folders like 'E:ImagesCamera201106...'. How can I tell the gallery-programm to scan these directory for images? If I make a shot with teh camera, the folder of this month will be found and all pictures inside will be shown. After deleting this new image, the content of the folder is no longer present. Also all pictures from the months before will not be shown. My phone is a 5800XM with FW 51.0.006

So on New Years Eve I had my pone turned off from 10pm - 1am. Upon turning it back on I found that all the pictures I had taken in the previous 2 weeks were deleted, all but one picture that is. Now, a few days ago my phone wouldn't show pictres in the media tab at all, so I took out the battery and replaced it and pictures showed up. I tried this again for fiding these pictures and it didn't work. Have I lost all of my pictures or will they magically come back again? Anyone else having this issue?

It will connect to my phone, but it will say there are 0 photos to import. I've check and I am updated on both, and I've followed the other steps listed at iOS: Unable to import photos to computer. Â

I have set a folder to store pics in on my media card. After moving all the pics to that folder I go back and under the tab All Pictures those same pictures that I moved to the folder on my media card are there also. I tried to delete those but it says the pictures are in use. How do I remove the pictures from the All Pictures folder? Also is there anyway to delete the Sample Pictures?
I have a bb bold 9700 and I am NOT receiving pictures thru text (mms). I can send them but to receive them. Do I need to change the settings somewhere?

I can get all the pictures off of the camera pictures but NOT the picture library. I have removed my SD card and tried that way and I have tried searching the device and nothing ever shows up! I do not understand. I am fairly computer literate but this has me stumped. I have even opened my windows manager and manually tried to enter the BB to find and search for the pictures and nothing comes up.

The strange thing is that my background wallpaper was one of those pictures and it is still there. Did this update Really wipe everything forever?? It shows total application memory of 250MB and free application memory of 34MB.
how do i stop pictures that i've put into folders from coming up when i click 'all pictures?' My boyfriend has a blackberry and the only pictures that come up when he clicks 'all pictures' are the ones he hasn't got in any folder. Is there a way that i can do the same thing? Yesterday I had some of my files hidden on my phone that I could not access. The files that I want went to the media card when hidden. When I press the menu key for options, in the section where " delete" and other options would be, all I show is properties. I've tested another card on my phone, no problems. I've tested this card on another 9700, same problem. Its definitely the card that is messed up. I've tried reformatting (won't let me reformat in my computer, I have to hook my bb up with it inside) and I still have the problem.

When I go into the media and pictures folder and go under all pictures, I have photos that I have already deleted that still come up there as thumbnails, but when I click on them, I am unable to view the pictures. However, when I go to picture folders, I don't see them anymore.
The problem is, I don't want to see those pictures that I have already deleted! It always says this file is marked as read only are you sure you want to delete them, I always click yes and it's not working, I went to properties to try and see if I could unmark them as read only or something but the only option is hidden. I tried opening it as a usb drive but those thumbnail pictures don't show up.
I want to remove the preloaded pictures on my 9700. I tried crackmem and filescout, but neither would let me. Do I need to edit the alx file?
