Nokia :: N82 - Not Responding Handsfree Key Input

My N82 served me very loyally for an yr since yesterday, when i was listening to music and ran to catch my bus, my cell was in my jeans pocket. After that my cell is not responding to any key input from my Handsfree/headset WH 701 & HS-43 but sound comes from both earphones. I tested my handsfree on another n82 and other models and it is working fine. Still other models 3.5mm handsfree are having same isuue now with my cell, the calls cannot be cut and nor the volume or tracks could be changed.Apart from thsi my N82 is working fine.
I backed up my cell data and hard and soft formatted it but the issue havent gone.What could have gone wrong with the 3.5mm port?

I have an N97 and every day now the screen will stop responding to touch input. I think this is a hardware issue as I have always updated the firmware as soon as its released and I have the same problem no matter the firmware. Resetting and turning off/on again doesn't solve it. Just have to lock the screen and rub my thumb over the entire screen and it seems to start working again. Could part of the touch screen be getting stuck down?

I am using the E72 in Asia.
A few things that i discovered and its bad! Comparing to E71, E72 is very bad. By the way, this is the second E72 i am using. I bought one before, same issue, now the secound one, Same ISSUE again!
Here are the problems: I need to type in Chinese (pinyin) but whenever the language is switched to Chinese input, the calculator does not allow me to input decimal (how bad this is!).
Also in Chinese mode, once back to English input, the SPACE bar input is NOT WORKING. The only way is to restart the damm phone.

I have a Nokia Bluetooth Handsfree headset HS-36W which works perfectly with my Nokia 9300, however doesn't work with my E72. I've had several attempts without any success. Are all genuine Nokia headset's not compatible with one another?

My parrot handsfree kit worked perfectly with my E61i but on upgrading to the n97Mini I find that the incoming calls do not play therough the cars loudspeakers but through the phone so I cannot hear the person on the other end. Do I need to change a setting somewhere

From some reason I cannot use my headset (the ones that came with the X6) as a handfree kit.
I plug them in - choose Headset option - but cannot hear anything when someone calls me or when I call someone else. Am I missing something?I haven't experienced any problems with the music player. When I choose the Headphones option to listen to music everything is noraml. However, I am not able to control the music (play/pause, fwd, next, sound) with the remote.Why is that?

i updated my Nokia x7 from Anna to Belle...now i'm getting a problem that my Handsfree is not working on my x7 symbian belle.my handsfree is working on other devices perfectly but my cell is not picking it.can i downgrade to Symbian Anna again?

I have an E71 and was using an old earphone for handsfree in car. Although the headphone is not high quality, it worked perfectly and I was well pleased. I attempted to use it recently but was surprised to find that my phone couldn't "see" the earpiece anymore. I have done the obvious things in bluetooth settings and even tried pairing another earpiece but still no joy.

Just got my x6 like a month ago and i noticed when my friend trys to send me a song (mp3)
via bluetooth the phone won't detect the song throught music player but it does detect it through file manager.How do I make it detect throught the music player?
the second problem is;How do i activate my hands free?when i shove the hand free set in the phone says use phone mic.why is that when i have a mic on my hands free?

I am using Nokia 5800 express music. I am facing problem while using bluetooth handsfree device. It is properly getting connected and getting paired with the device but while making the call the other end cannot hear my voice but I can hear them clearly. Initially I thought my bluetooth hands free is having problem so I bought another. But the problem was still the same. I can hear from the bluetooth device but the party cannot hear. Then I tried the same bluetooth handsfree with another Nokia 5800 express music and found it working fine. Is there anyone can help me to solve this issue. The difference between my mobile and other is the software version. I am having the latest version but the other is the first version. Is there any hardware issue or software issue with this?

I just completed a system upgrade on my Mototola Droid Razr. It now vibrates on any text input (Text or internet input). Phone dialer is ok, just all other word input. I have unchecked or checked everything that was normal under the old Android version. Currently using 4.1.2 android version.

My E72 was bought in HK, there is Chun-Jie code on its keyboard. That's the reason I buy it.
When I set ChunJay input mathod as default input mathod, the system will set other mathod back as default after I type-in something and exit the app.
Today is 2010/06/11, I am sure the latest FW had been updated.

I have Nokia C5-00 mobile bought 5 months back. My phone's audio input and audio output are really bad. I have the latest software update i.e. 062.001. And recently I have given for service in a Nokia service station. But the problem is still the same. So how could I improve the audio of my phone. Or else is it the problem with Nokia C5-00.

I just bought a Nokia N97 Mini with a QWERTY lay-out keyboard. However, when I press the keys, for example the Q, I get an A as input. How can I change these settings to also have the QWERTY input? I have tried changing my country and language settings, no help.

I was taking a shower; the Lumia 900 on the bathroom counter like I've always had my iPhone 3G. I got a call, dried off, used it, and the buttons on the phone became frozen and all touch input was no longer working. I finally soft reset the device by holding down the power button for 15 seconds (ignore the pull down to shut down tile, you can't drag it) and reset and it works again, but I am concerned. A little bit of humidity seems to have knocked it out, but it may be a coincidence.

I have a problem with my device the touch screen doesn't sense the input. I think it will be a digitizer issue so I kept switch off for two days after that I tried to check it and weird its working fine. After I use it for two more days again the same problem (touch didn't sense) appears?

Bought few days back Asha 311 and updated to SW V 5.92. After that Russian and other input languages are missing in text editors / writing languages. Actually, there are blank spaces where languages were listed before update, with check marks, but without text (language name) visible. Although they can be checked (saying: "You have chosen multiple languages. Now using: english"), settings reset after each try.

My N85. 2 weeks back, it got stuck and after switch off and switch on, it's not responding as soon as press keypad. atleast taking 1-2 mins and some time doesn't accept anything. after 2-3 restarts, it was ok. but from 3 days onwards, it's complytly addicted to this behaviour. once if it switch on, it's working fine. but once it get stcuk again or switched off, it's same old thing. i removed memory card, flashed freshly with new firmware and several hard/soft formats. nothing is preventing this behaviour.

I have had Nokia N82 for two years ,but last month as It was working It stopped responding I was able to see the display's wallpaper but when I press any buttons even the power button It doesn't happen anything. I solve the problem only when I remove the battery. It has happened several times during last month. This week I have taken It to GSM service and they have put a new software , but that doesn't change anything. Do you have any idea if it has any hardware problem?

I had earlier configured a wi-fi access point on my E72 and everything was running perfect. One day the Destinations started showing me only the GPRS access point even when I had the wi-fi on First Priority and the wifi was running correctly.
Now I deleted the access point from the list and tried to reconfigure it. Whenever I select new access point and enter the wi-fi pass-code (WPA2), nothing happens on the screen. At the same time, when I click on the options button or the back button, nothing works. The settings window is just stuck there And I am just unable to configure wi-fi. Any ideas?

I am having a problem with maps going crazy and acting like 'dead drunk'. Changing routes while driving, wiggling map-screen, and ordering me to drive in circles with U turn commands getting me no-where.It worked very well and suddenly the whole of maps goes nuts. What could be the problem?
