i updated my Nokia x7 from Anna to Belle...now i'm getting a problem that my Handsfree is not working on my x7 symbian belle.my handsfree is working on other devices perfectly but my cell is not picking it.can i downgrade to Symbian Anna again?

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have just gotten a BH-221 headset which is supposed to support PBAP and have a Nokia N9 which is as well supposed to support PBAP, but when i pair them, which works wonderfully with NFC, and someone who i have saved in my phones contacts list, calls me on the BH-221 display i just see his number and not the name associated to it. Can anyone advise what to do in regards to it? I have tried it on a lumia 800 as well and there it is showing some names and not showing others, what is the deal there?

A couple of days ago the control buttons on the headset stopped working, I can no longer remotely answer calls, or pause and change music tracks. The headset earphones and microphone still work, I can listen to music and use it for phone calls that have been activated from the phone itself.The headset itself has not received any damage, it hasn't been dropped in water or the like.efore I go out and buy a new headset I thought I'd better try and confirm if they were indeed at fault. Is there, for instance, a phone setting to disable the headset controls.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI think the issue lies in that fact that Atrix picks the headset profile instead of the handsfree profile for the bluetooth device and hence i can't make voice dial while Atrix screen is off.
I have a moto handsfree T215 and a moto Atrix. and ironically they don't work well with each other, while my car's own bluetooth program works perfectly. I can make calls regardless if Atrix screen is on or off. but Moto T215 cann't.
Question: how can i force/chose the handsfree profile for my handsfree so i can make calls when screen is off?
Has anyone used Nokia Lumia 800 with parrot ck100? It worked well with previous nokia's, but I can hardly hear the caller when driving, which kind of defeats the object of having a handsfree kit.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a BH-503 Bluetooth Headset. It worked great for the first few hours. Then I put it to charge, and the red light came on constantly. After a while, it went off so I assumed it was done charging. After that it wouldn't turn on. When I tried plugging in the charger again, the indicator light started flashing red slowly. And now thats all that it does. If the charger is plugged in, the red light flashes slowly, and when I unplug it, nothing happens. I tried the reset (press and hold multifunction key and volume up key) but it doesn't work.
View 2 Replies View RelatedHas anyone successfully used a corded handsfree headset with the samsung mythic? I have heard that for both incoming/outgoing conversation, plus stereo music capability, that the micro usb port must be used.
I purchased a stereo/microphone with a 3.5mm connector (the mythic has both a 3.5mm and micro usb port), but using the 3.5mm port, only the stereo function worked. neither voice incoming or outgoing worked. And you can't just go down to the at&t store and pick up a samsung handset, they all seem not to have them.
The music controls on my N8's earphones have suddenly stopped responding when playing music. Actually, ALL the keys aren't working, Volume, answer call and forth. Tried changing the settings under Accessory settings without any luck.Really frustrating to have to unlock your phone just to skip a song.

Since the OTA update, I can pair and connect but can't actually hand the call off to bluetooth. I try selecting bluetooth on the in call screen and it seems like it tries but I get no audio at all and it just kicks back to normal phone call mode. Speaker works.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy N82 served me very loyally for an yr since yesterday, when i was listening to music and ran to catch my bus, my cell was in my jeans pocket. After that my cell is not responding to any key input from my Handsfree/headset WH 701 & HS-43 but sound comes from both earphones. I tested my handsfree on another n82 and other models and it is working fine. Still other models 3.5mm handsfree are having same isuue now with my cell, the calls cannot be cut and nor the volume or tracks could be changed.Apart from thsi my N82 is working fine.
I backed up my cell data and hard and soft formatted it but the issue havent gone.What could have gone wrong with the 3.5mm port?
My parrot handsfree kit worked perfectly with my E61i but on upgrading to the n97Mini I find that the incoming calls do not play therough the cars loudspeakers but through the phone so I cannot hear the person on the other end. Do I need to change a setting somewhere

I plug them in - choose Headset option - but cannot hear anything when someone calls me or when I call someone else. Am I missing something?I haven't experienced any problems with the music player. When I choose the Headphones option to listen to music everything is noraml. However, I am not able to control the music (play/pause, fwd, next, sound) with the remote.Why is that?

I attempted to use it recently but was surprised to find that my phone couldn't "see" the earpiece anymore. I am using Nokia 5800 express music. I am facing problem while using bluetooth handsfree device. It is properly getting connected and getting paired with the device but while making the call the other end cannot hear my voice but I can hear them clearly. Initially I thought my bluetooth hands free is having problem so I bought another. But the problem was still the same. I can hear from the bluetooth device but the party cannot hear. Everything worked perfectly for a while - music, calling etc. but just recently if I try to use voice dialing, if I hold down the control key on the earpiece to initiate voice dialing it gives some slow beeps, disconnects and loses its pairing connection to the phone. Now I have to go back - delete the headset and re-pair them again!
