I have just installed my ck-200 and all works absolelty perfectly EXCEPT no one can hear me! The microphone in the onscreen display does not appear to be working. I have doulbe checked all the connections - it was a very simply plug and play install, but I checked again anyway and all is plugged in.

Unfortunately, when I connect the headset to my phone, I encounter a pretty much peculiar problem - the phone doesn't get any sound from the headset microphone. I can clearly hear anything through it, but the phone can't hear me, nor can the people when I call them. When I am calling, I can hear the person otherside, but they can't hear me. When I try to use a voice command the phone just doesn't get my voice and I get "no match found". I am sure that my headset works properly, because I gave it a try with few other Nokia phones and they got my voice normally.

After a while, it went off so I assumed it was done charging. After that it wouldn't turn on. When I tried plugging in the charger again, the indicator light started flashing red slowly. And now thats all that it does. If the charger is plugged in, the red light flashes slowly, and when I unplug it, nothing happens. View 1 Replies View RelatedJust got this phone out of the box and activated and the mic is not working... not when I'm on speaker phone, not while using Google Now or the voice recorder. And when I record it's getting absolutely no noise at all. However, it does work with an external headphone mic and over Bluetooth.
I've tried turning it off and removing and reinserting the SIM card, deleting the cache, using a small pin to clear the mic hole of "debris." Nothing is working. Firmware is apparently up to date.
Updated to Lollipop last night Verizon OTA, "ok Google" not working further investigating the mic will not pick up at all in any application. I did a factory reset did not work, rebooted in recovery mode and cleared the cache, did not work.

So i recently updated the phone to 5.1.1 (around tuesday). my last call was on sunday. after this update my microphone isn't working anymore. No one can hear my voice. Video works.
