Since a week i am unable to access xboxLive and Music +videos. when ever I click these two icons they are not populating anything.Unable to install new apps also though I have enough memory?

I have purchased several TV shows and movies, all of which play fine on my desktop, laptop, and Microsoft Surface. Some of the video is from the Zune store and one of the videos is from the XBOX store on Windows 8. Regardless of how I purchased the content, I get the following message: "We are unable to confirm the media usage rights for this content."
If it matters, I have a Lumia 920 on AT&T in the U.S.
i just got my lumia 710 from my service provider 6 days ago, and no xbox live tile is found when i unboxed it.the "game" tile is merely THE games hub, and not the xbox live that i was expecting.i had it checked with my local nokia center, and it still the same. and said they will still have to verify whether xboxlive is not included in latest update or not. she seemed indecisive. i tried to download "xbox extras" in marketplace, but it doesn't reflect on my game collections.

However, I already had a folder called "music" in my OneDrive root folder (i.e. OneDriveMusic). When I open my Xbox Music app on my Icon, it doesn't see the folder and doesn't see the music that I already have there. So how do I get it to work. It's working fine on my SP3.
I checked my Xbox account and it shows I'm signed in.
I am trying to delete a song off my xbox music library, and every time i try i hit delete, it says loading for a min then closes the app. after that, cannot open the app again, so i reboot and same process all over again. should i soft reset it?

When you were playing music, the artist picture would show on the tile and then have the name of the artist running across the tile. Looked really nice and smooth.
Since the update though there is nothing. The tile just shows the headphones...
My Lumia 800 Music+Videos Tile is not showing any artist images. The music in my device is having full album information (With album art) but still the artist images are not coming on the tile.I just see the non-interactive tile on the start screen.

I have to restart the device to solve the issue.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I press the Music & Video tile it looks like it is going to load but then bounces back to the main menu.Does on the complete list menu as well.Did this once before for a while then started working agin.Also now the xBox Live games is doing the same thing .The Nokia Music tile works OK though.When it first happened I thought it was a low battery thing as the battery was lowish, but this time the battery is fully charged.

I want to synchronize my music to my phone, but cannot. This is extremely frustrating. The program I use to sync music to my phone is HTC sync manager. This program can sync libraries directly from ITunes and windows media player, however not xbox music. The computer I use, and where all my music is, is a Microsoft surface tablet with windows 8, where xbox music is the default music program. My whole library is on xbox music and I cannot find an easy way to import my whole xbox music library into windows media player as there should be. It would take me an unrealistic amount of time to rebuild my whole library (as in every single playlist) and import songs individually into windows media player. I am sure there is an easier way, and if there isn't, one needs to be made.
