Dec 7, 2012My 822 is duplicating music, videos & pictures. I have 10-12 copies of some songs & pictures. It stops duplicating videos at 3 copies. It does not do it with all music, photo's or videos, so I do not think it is a card issue. I have a new Sandisk 64gb class 10 card that I formatted with this phone. Photo's music & videos were loaded to card through the phone by hooking up cable to windows 7 computer drag & drop/cut & paste. I can delete extra pictures, but I cannot delete extra videos or music. If you delete one of the copies, none of them will play. When you delete photos, there will be new copies by the next day. Have had this phone since the release at Verizon... Like the phone, but the video playback is very choppy & these duplicating issues are insane.

Nov 6, 2012I'm unable to access my videos or music as a message is displayed saying 'not enough memory'. My internal storage says I have used 739MB and have 1.2GB free. My external 8GB micro sd card shows I have 5.6GB available. However, my usb storage says I've used 12GB and have no free space. I guess the usb storage is the problem (unless there is something else) and I would like to know how I came to fill up the usb storage when I thought I was saving things to my external 8GB sd card.how to rectify the problem and also how to manage it in the future?

May 1, 2015I'm trying to transfer videos and music to and from my 1520.
I plug the phone into the USB cable, the phone software launches, select explorer, navigate to my sd card, wait for it to refresh, goto the camera folder and wait forever for thumbnails to draw. When I start to scroll through all the photos and videos, I barely get to the videos I want to transfer on to my pc.
Most of the time I give up and upload them to onedrive and download them, which is just stupid way to transfer files.

Jul 4, 2012I'm having a problem accessing photos and videos taken using my N8. Usually, such files are accessible by plugging it to a computer, with the phone either set to PC Suite or Mass Storage Mode.That was before. Now I can't. I've just noticed it just a week ago or so, and this problem still continues until now.I'm not sure what caused this, and I didn't have this problem before. I'm not sure either if this problem was caused by my recent update to Nokia Belle.Old photos and videos taken are completely accessible but the new ones I've recently captured are not accessible via PC Suite or Mass Storage Mode. It does not show in my PC or my laptop (both runs on Windows 7). The photos and videos are only accessible in the phone itself. The only way for me to transfer recently taken photos and videos is by sending it via Bluetooth to my laptop, which is very time consuming.

Also can't renew expired music licenses on the phone after Belle update. I bought the phone in the US with a google account with my US credit card, yet I now am using it in Asia. I have no access to the paid market as well as a number of US specific free apps like banking that I need.
Is this solely based on the sim card I have inside or my location? I try with wifi and get the same result. Any way around this problem?I'm trying hard to love the N1 but it irritates me more than amazes me. I have an iPad (also bought in the US with a US credit card and used in Asia) and I have access to the full market without any questions asked. The N1 is a beautiful device but with the problems and limitations I'm having with it, I am leaning towards selling it at the moment.
