Anyway to sync the Facebook profile photos of my Live contacts on people hub? If my friend has a "Michael Jordan" name on Facebook and in my people hub his name is "Mike Jordan" how can I get his photo to be updated from his Facebook account?

Whenever I upload pictures or videos to Facebook from my Nokia Lumia 920, they are set as private and nobody can see them unless I go onto a computer and make them public. How do I change this so that my pictures and videos are automatically set so that my friends can see the pictures and videos?

The only way to transfer contacts, as far as I've read, is that i have to import my contacts into my gmail account. I don't want to use my gmail account to hold all my contacts because I used Outlook.com for emails. If i were to ever make a new contact on my phone, it then wouldn't sync with my windows live acct. Am I missing something?I should just be able to hook up my email on my phone and have it sync everything, not just email

View 6 Replies View Relatedok so i just got a nokia lumia 610, but everytime i try to add a new contact, i add a name and a phone number and as soon as i try to save it, it pairs it up with either facebook or hotmail (by itself), and then it says i cant it as i have choosen not to see contacts from facebook/hotmail, i would happily have my facebook contacts showing but the last thing i want is 300+ people on my phones contacts that i will never phone, or text, also if i try to show contacts from facebook, and then delete the 1's i don't want to see, it doesnt let me press delete so is there a way to connect only some contacts to facebook, so you only see the 1's your going to use and have the number of, or is there a way to delete the contacts you dont want to see from the peoples/contacts? if i cant sort this out i wont be able to use this phone,
View 2 Replies View RelatedI just got my Lumia 920 and I love it, but the only thing that drives me crazy is the contacts list. It has over a thousand people beause it imported all my facebook, skype, google and etc. on there. So when I try to search someone or just push search the entire list of over a thousand people pop up and I dont want to look at a bunch of random facebook friends when in reality I only call about 10 people regularly on that list. I have tried to filter and it just says synching then goes back to the home screen. I have tried filtering and a few other things but it just continously says synching in the top right corner. How do I get my contacts to only be saved phone numbers?

View 2 Replies View RelatedIn sheer frustration to try and separate my phone contact from my windows live contacts, I deleted several contacts from my Windows Phone and this has also subsequently deleted the contacts off MSN Messenger (yes I now know that they are synced).
I then logged onto the Windows Live homepage and was able to undelete the contacts but they are not re-appearing on MSN Messenger. I can see the contacts re-appear on my Windows Phone and on the Manage My Contacts page of Windows Life.
I've done everything that I have read online, and everytime I go to the facebook app settings, it already shows that facebook contact is checked to not sync, yet i have about 500 extra contacts and pointless facebook emails in my phone that I don't want--nor do I want to spend 5 hours doing so to delete them.

I've had a problem where my facebook contacts were no longer displaying pictures and when happenings had picture posting; they were not being displayed. I finally figured out today that it had to do with me setting up my Facebook account to use https for security logins. Once I've changed my facebook account to no longer use the "https" and deleted and readded my facebook account on my cliq all of the contacts displayed the pictures again. Prior to trying this, I had reset my phone a few times, deleted/readded the facebook account and this is the only thing that finally worked.
