On the s4 i had when i synced my photos from facebook to my phone it always showed my photos in albums, Now on my S5 it shows photos from facebook as a whole which is frustrating searching thru 2000 photos to find the one i want.

I know that some of my friends have updated their facebook photo, but it has not shown up on my device. It's been over a week for at least one in particular. Is there a way to cause blur to manually sync the contact photos?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI've had a problem where my facebook contacts were no longer displaying pictures and when happenings had picture posting; they were not being displayed. I finally figured out today that it had to do with me setting up my Facebook account to use https for security logins. Once I've changed my facebook account to no longer use the "https" and deleted and readded my facebook account on my cliq all of the contacts displayed the pictures again. Prior to trying this, I had reset my phone a few times, deleted/readded the facebook account and this is the only thing that finally worked.

Anyway to sync the Facebook profile photos of my Live contacts on people hub? If my friend has a "Michael Jordan" name on Facebook and in my people hub his name is "Mike Jordan" how can I get his photo to be updated from his Facebook account?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've had my S6 for about a month now and so far I love it. I finally noticed today that for some reason, when I upload a photo to Facebook (regardless if I'm in my gallery and sharing the photo to Facebook or if I'm in the Facebook app and upload a photo from there) the comments I add when initially uploading the pic don't show up. I can select the photo, pick which album I want it to go into, tag my friends etc, but the comments do not show up when I check Facebook from either my phone or a computer.
My last phone was an S4 and this was never an issue. I did just notice that if I don't pick an album to add the photo to, the comments show up. If I pick an album, the comments do not show up.
I've been on numerous forums and I've asked the Facebook community and even tried tech support with Samsung, all to no avail.
So here's my issue:
- Photos taken with the Galaxy S5 are a brilliant 5312x2988px in resolution.
- Uploading pictures with the Facebook app on my S5 makes the 5312x2988px pictures 960x540px on facebook.
- Uploading pictures with my previous Android device with an 8 megapixel camera were uploaded as 2048x1154px, much higher than the S5.
I can't seem to find any settings anywhere that are causing my high definition pictures to upload at a much worse quality to facebook. I don't expect to get full resolution, but I expect to at least be able to achieve the same upload resolution that my previous phone was getting.
I'm at the point where I don't even want to upload photos to facebook anymore because the quality is so bad compared to the original photo I took.
I downloaded a browser app onto my Galaxy S5. I didn't like it. when I uninstalled it, my almost 500 pictures on my phone were wiped out. Slowly the pics started downloading back onto my phone. But it put them in Facebook synced. I never wanted them there at all. How do I get them off Facebook and back to Gallery on my phone?

I can't seem to find this within app settings or anywhere in the app. Is this no longer available with Lollipop and do I just need to uncheck all of the notification boxes? After that I turned it back on and went to upload the pictures again and I seen Iron Man 2 pictures there, so I went to my galley to check it out and they were there. Five pictures I think, I can't remember I deleted them, they were pretty small. Anyone else have this or an idea of what happened? They weren't on there before I turned my phone off?

Let say that i am downloading many photos from internet like wallpapers and stuff but that is not showing in Photos app of lollipop in nexus 5?? and after taking picture from my camera it get backed up on my gmail account, but then after when i dont get internet then my phone do not open that photo and keep showing loading circle, but when i do have internet i can see that pic again. and i dont want that kind of trouble.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had the LG V10 for about a month now and every time I download a picture sent thru text message it is saved to my phone pixelated. I have used both text message apps, have saved to the sd card and device with no difference. Also, when I upload photos to facebook they upload pixelated, but to Instagram they are fine. When I send photos to someone and they upload them to facebook, they look wonderful, and when I save photos to my sd card or device from facebook or whatever they do not show pixelated full screen.
All the photos in my gallery are blurry/pixelated when shown in small view but when I tap one to look at it full view, it is fine. This also happens when searching the internet, all small image icons are blurry/pixelated until brought to full size. I have tried making my photos smaller on the camera settings, also have saved to the sd card vs device and what not and can't seem to find anything that works. The most annoying is when a picture is sent thru text message and when I save it, it downloads pixelated.
I recently bought Sony Xperia Z2 and all I can say it's great phone. I just found a thing which is sort of a problem for me. I can't download my own Facebook pictures. When I tap on any photo I've uploaded on Facebook I got only options to "Make profile picture", "Make cover photo", "View album" and "Edit caption".
