It makes reference to invalid email/password but netflix works on my phone and any internet connected computer hardline or wifi, I'm using wifi with the Xoom and never had any problem before.
View 4 Repliesi tried connecting my fe to my tv tonight to watch netflix. it doesnt work for me. the video freezes up and i only hear the sound. all other aspects of hdmi out works. i can watch my movies i copied to the device or taped using the onboard video camera on my tv, Internet, etc. i was just curious if my netflix problem is a known issue or limitation?

Now when I try to start Netflix it says a new version of the application is found and I have to update. Now I am in a loop that sends me to the market to update. Choosing update sends me to a screen where the only option is to open the app. And so the loop begins...new version must update.I cannot uninstall Netflix. Now it is unusable. Can anyone help? I have forced a stop of Netflix but it is the same loop. Open, must update, market, update, open, must update, market, update, open...Update-- I powered off/on and the Netflix update showed up correctly on the notification area. Updated and happy now. Checking the rest of the apps. Now I am back to enjoying my Xoom FE.

Today Netflix updated their application to allow support for additional devices, and we sure didn't expect support for tablets. We have confirmation of it working on ASUS Transformer, Motorola XOOM, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

The iPhone permanently shows the connect to iTunes logo but does nothing when I do connect it. I'm using a Windows PC as the platform. When I open Devices in Control Panel, there's a small yellow exclamation mark icon next to the Driver, it says in recovery mode...Â
I cant reboot the phone because the Home button is bust.Â

Has anyone had any success with using Wifi that required user certificates? I'm trying to get my Xoom to connect to the corporate network (EAP-TLS) and followed the instructions for the IPad and imported my certificated into Android correctly. But when I connect, it hangs at the connecting state for minutes, before finally giving up.

Also found problems with bluetooth. send via bluetooth option doesn't work. it doesn't even search for the the devices available.I am also getting 'memory full-close some applications' error in messaging and also in the browsers.my phone has about 191Mb of free space and mem card(8gb) 5.6gb free.

The browsing speed is very very slow and most sites dont open.The signal strength shown in xoom is - (-105 dBm 3 asu).Is this a issue with Android 3.2 update or my home wifi is weak? View 15 Replies View RelatedEver since upgrading the firmware on my Motoactv to MA 1.7.2 E8, I've had a problem with the Pedometer.I can't really say what it is doing on a general day to day basis, but when on the cross trainer at the gym it appears to be losing steps - however, it does appear to be counting them.For example, yesterday morning I went to the gym and as usual I set my Motoactv to Elliptical workout and put it in my pocket. When I started, my steps for the day were around 1700.Part way through my workout, I checked my Motoactv and it was showing over 4500 steps so it all seemed to be fine, and it was clearly registering my "steps" on the elliptical.When I stopped, after 1 hour 45 minutes, I checked my Motoactv and it was showing 1600 steps - less than I started with! According to prevoius workouts on the earlier firmware, I'd expect my steps to be approximately 14000-15000 higher than when I'd started after such a workout.All the stats in "Recent" were consistent with earlier workouts of a similar magnitude and time (i.e. distance, calories, avg/max stride rate). Also, if I look on the Motoactv website, I can see my strides being in excess of 14000.This is the second time I've noticed my steps being way off, though I don't always check my steps. However, I'm fairly certain it was working perfectly prior to the latest firmware upgrade. I definitely clocked more than 20000 steps during the day in the past, so if it is "rolling over" back to zero, it wasn't doing this in the past.

I tried to install MOTOCAST on 2 PCs (system: WinXP & Windows Vista) and both are upgraded to 2.0.31, but when I check the software update for MOTOACTV itself, the MOTOCAST told me no update for me for the timebeing.
The fact is there is 1.7.11 A8 out there and maybe 1.7.12 A8 as the guy introduced me to buy have the exact same device (only this version in same store) with Golf function on. Meanwhile, when the device connect to WiFi yesterday evening, I saw once the words of "Software Update Availabe, please connect the computer to update" shown on the device.

Not sure if any other information is necessary, but since the latest update on our phone, after getting into the camera application it freezes and stop responding to the direction you point it at. If we back out of the camera application to the home screen, the phone is still responsive, it is just the camera that we are having issues with.
The camera on my xoom will not work at all. I have tried it by itself and in apps such as a bar code scanner. I get nothing but a blank screen.

View 6 Replies View RelatedWe updated to Motocast 1.3.9 and AVG Antivirus immediatley flagged the MOTOCAST-THUMBNAILER.EXE as a virus, deleting the file and moving the program to the virus vault.As there is clearly something going on that triggers protection, we are uninstalling the program and will wait until we are advised that the program exhibits safe behavior.We suggest that you fix the program, or IF it is safe, contact AVG and other Antivirus vendors so that this program is not flagged in error.

Also, if I try to add them back, I have no options anymore for adding email accounts. It only gives options for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Lotus Notes, and Skype and the lotus notes and skype is there because I additionally installed that. Tech support level 2 told me that this was purposely done by the engineers at Motorola, but I have no idea why, and I can't seem to get in touch with them.
