Galaxy S5 :: Green Line Showing Up On Pictures Taken With Camera
Jun 4, 2015Ever since the lollipop upgrade, my wife's Galaxy S5 has been randomly inserting a green line into some of the pictures. Its always vertical and typically at the bottom of the picture and sometimes ranges from a quarter of an inch to an inch long.

As you can see, there are 5 green dots in the picture. I understand that when taking direct pictures of a sundown etc., that there might be some lens flare in the picture, but these dots are caused by the lights of a CHRISTMAS TREE! (How many people are going be taking pictures of their Christmas tree in the coming few weeks..?) Also, no matter how I positioned my camera, the dots still continued to show in other pictures as well, forcing me to delete them. Â
What are my options here? Buy Photoshop and edit the dots out and accept that a 899€ phone has a bunch of camera issues, or is it possible that apple could at some point fix these lens flare issues in an update?

Jun 5, 2014I took all kinds of videos and photos today and none are showing up in my camera roll. When I took/take them they show up on the bottom of my screen like usual. However, when I go to my photos and go to my camera roll no photos or video are showing up from today. I have locked and unlocked, reset my phone and everything. Nothing is saving my photos. My phone worked perfectly normal yesterday. And I thought it was today, but I guess not.

Sep 6, 2014I'm trying to cut down on unnecessary storage space, and for some reason there is a gigabyte and a half of photos (1,109 pictures it says) listed in the iTunes usage display, when I have exactly 4 pictures in my camera roll, no videos. I've imported all the photos I've taken to iPhoto on my macbook, but those wouldn't affect the storage on my iPhone.... right? Is there something incredibly obvious I'm missing

I compared the phone to the demo and the demo was somewhat better. Compared to my Bionic is looks like crud. You can definately tell the colors are off. When I use ES File Explorer or File Manager those apps cannot find these pictures on the internal storage or external card but those albums and photos are visible in Gallery. The file manager apps see some albums but not all of those visible in Gallery. The PC cannot see them either using Windows Explorer as it only sees the same albums which the Xoom file manager apps can see.

Jul 27, 2011I recently got my Xoom and I picked up the Motorola camera connecter cable to go along with it, and I'm trying to import pictures from my Canon T2i using the USB cable connected to the camera connector cable. When I plug the cables in and turn the camera on, the Xoom recogonizes the camera, actually starts rendering 3 or 4 thumbnails of the pictures on the card in the camera, and then I get an error message ont he camera and eventually the Xoom no longer recogonizes the camera.I tried a little Kodak point and shoot camera and it worked fine with the Xoom. I then hooked the Canon to my Ipad using Apple's camera connection kit and it imported the pictures perfectly. The next thing I did was update the firmware in the Canon and then retried it with the same results. It starts the import and then the camera crashes.

Duplicates of the original 500... Now the same folder contains 1500 photos, 3 copies of each of the original 500.. This is happening with all the gallery folders.. They all have 3 copies of each pic in each folder.This is the first Xoom released LTE-WI-FI model,Can anyone give me a reason why they keep multiplying like rabbits.. All the photo folders are stored on the ext. Micro SD card.. So instead of having roughly 2000 Pics as it should be, I now have 6000... Why would each folder now contain 3 copies of each pic..
