There is a problem in front of the camera my sony Z3, after I upgrade the os newest provided in the system, a front camera I showed a line of blue and green, the result would appear that color, so whether I should send down the OS again or how?

So I have my galaxy s5 for about a year now. So just today I noticed that when I switch to my front facing camera a faint green line shows up across the top of the screen. My rear facing is fine and my screen it self is fine. Why this is happening. It's even on snapchat and my stock camera app.

The front facing camera produces a purple line through the top middle of my display and when I snap a photo it remains. Is this hardware? I tested it with the google camera app as well. This is a Samsung Galaxy S6

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a Nokia Lumia 710 since April 2012. But, from today (9 September, 2012), it's camera stopped working properly. I clicked a pic and then put it in my pocket. I took it out five minutes later to take another one, and since then it's been showing a vertical line. I thought I busted the cover-glass. But it was spotless. So I did a reboot. That did not work. So I immediately checked some other applications that access the camera (like ShutterPro and Handyscan). They too showed the line. Then I reopened the camera app and I zoomed in and even the line got magnified. So I took a sample picture, and viewed it on my laptop. It is a pattern of dots. I enclose the photo with this.

I was so convinced on buying this phone I forgot to even test it out in-stores to check if the front-facing camera was still an issue like it was on the M7. I also bought it from an online Australian store, but imported, so I can't be bothered returning it. It seems like the S5 and a few other models have this issue?
I have already tried changing the settings by going to crop and then changing it from wide to standard. Standard works to reduce the distortion A BIT, and square is better but still distorted.
These photos are just shocking. I will post them anyway for the sake of science and hilarity. Even the more centered photo stretches my forehead. As if it's not big enough!!
After I updated my c7 software to symbian anna my front camera is not working, I am getting error "unknown error occurred, please restart the camera, if problem persist then restart the phone" and after restarting still I am getting the same error.

I tried tweaking both phone settings and app settings and the pin/pattern unlock was the initial problem that I found.

The "swipe" to unlock is now my primary screen unlock method with no security procedure in place.Â
Thing is that i still sometimes don't get the notifications under "screen lock" mode for these 3rd party apps even i chose to show all notification content under phone settings.Â
I only get them when I have swiped to unlock my phone, and a whole chunk of notifications start popping up.

When I plug in my iPhone 3GS to my Win32 XP Pro I get a blue screen error as soon as iTunes opens.
I have tried several fixes. I updated my BIOS, uninstalled and reinstalled the iPhone camera driver and used different USB ports.So far nothing has worked.

Recently (< 3 weeks ago) got a Galaxy S2, and today a bright green vertical line has appeared about 1cm in from the left edge, and it's there whenever the display is on. Can I fix this, or do I have to go back to the shop and get a replacement phone?
