Sometimes when I take pictures, they're appearing white or a dark green while viewing them. Is there anyway to recover these pictures? Or are they gone forever?
View 2 RepliesI am on my 4th Triumph since the 19th of July. I don't know if it's just been bad luck or a bad batch, but I've had issues with all of them. My best Buy pretty much said they do not want to take the phone back again because of how many times I've returned it for various legitamate issues. Now, in addition to this device having the usual issues I've had with it, I now have a bright white pixel that only shows on white/light colored backgrounds.

The black screen comes up wtih the picture on it, you can't scroll to see comments, or make a comment, it's VERY hard to hit the x to close that window as well.A Is there some work around for it? It drives me nuts and this is NOT a 3.1 issue,This only happens in the browswer version of Facebook, which I way prefer over the Facebook app.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to update my phone defy to Android 2.2. I have installed the Mororola Software Update but when I start the program it just opens as a blank white screen, I am guessing that it is not supposed to do that? Windows XP SP3 if that helps
I have tried uninstalling everything and re installing it all again, opening the software when the phone is connected already and connecting the phone once the software is running. When I close the software and the phone is connected the phone restarts.
Yesterday, I use the XOOM to take picture in the sum, when the camera to the sum I take the pictures were all green shown in the screen.

I can not view some of my (previously viewable) pictures in the Gallery on my Defy +. Only a default icon is shown. Other pics are still fine. Also not veiwable via Files App. However, uploaded to my PC, the pics are fine.

One thing that bugs me is when i take images with my camera now, they don't appear in the gallery. The small diplay on the bottom left displays the image but as soon as i click on it to view the image it appears to delete it.
i am currently on at&t and having send recieve problems on my defy xt 535 iv taken it to my local at&t store had myAPN data added still am unable to send or recieve pictures even on wifi

The intensity of the spot changes it depends at which angle I am reading the text, etc. (well, this is rather obvious, I guess). I tried to reboot the device by removing the battery, it didn't help.
View 3 Replies View RelatedSo I've had this phone for about 5,6 months with different problems over the course of my time with the phone.Was wondering if anyone has had the same problems and if there are any solutions. So first, sometimes my phone will randomly delete contacts from my phone and place them in the "hidden" folder. I haven't hidden them, but I've gotten text from people and be unsure who it is,but then find out it is someone that I know and who has been in my phone.Also, since my contacts are synced with facebook,it will randomly delete the FB picture to my contact so instead of it showing their default picture on facebook in my contacts, it just shows the blank face. In the past it has deleted the picture and will eventually come back after a coule of days or weeks but currently it has deleted multiple of my contacts pictures and has yet to come back. I dont know if I am accidentally hitting something or if there is a way to prevent this but it is aggravating. Also, sometimes if I go to send a text message, say for instance to Sally Sue,I'll click Sally Sue, send the text but then in my messaging folder it does not show the name "Sally Sue" nor does it show their picture, but just the phone number alone as if I texted someone who was not inputed in my contact list.It eventually goes back to showing the name but it still annoying nonetheless.The last issue is with the gps sattelite that will not shut off and for whatever reason prevents me to use facebook on my phone.I've read that this has been an issue with others in the past and tried some of the suggestions people offered.I have uninstalled FB, reinstalled in, callibrated my phone, taken out the battery, turn on/off, etc and nothing works.Under settings in the securty tab, it is always checked next to GPS Satellites on. I will uncheck it, but it never stays that way, it will always go back to being checked and I can never use my FB app as it will open for like 2 seconds then cut out.
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy Nokia Lumia 1520 fell and the screen glass broke. However the screen was working fine. I ordered a new screen replacement and replaced the screen only to find out that the touch was not working in the new screen assembly so i will return it back.
I put the old screen back again and now i get white tv noise on booting and then the screen goes dark and stays that way. I can hear the sounds from the phone and it does seem like it functions properly but i can't see anything.
I tried soft and hard reset with no luck. What might be the cause for the white noise and dark screen? Could it be a display connector fault on the motherboard?
I was surfing the web on my Lumia 800! It appears that whenever u get to a webpage (or application) that contains a white background and black text (which is usually the case in most pages!) and u look closely u can notice some moire effects that appears as horizontal white lines next to the text and these lines follows the text even when scrolling!! This is specially notable when u zoom in on a text or place the handset in landscape mode. Also the same moire effect appears but with vertical lines shifting between red and white as u zoom in and out of a picture with a white background! And No I don't have any screen protector (that in some cases can cause this effect) and Yes this is clearly a display issue because of these lines are being followed by my scrolling and not on a specific area on the display!

Before today, the phone was taking pictures in color. What happened? The only thing I've done differently was that yesterday, the phone froze for about 2 hours when I clicked on an application. I had to take the battery out to restart the phone. This morning, the phone will only take black and white pictures.

Keep getting a white screen when I leave the phone for a bit, to get rid of it i can hit the lock/unlock button, somedays that doesnt work i have to pop the battery out. It started off with this problem happening once a week, about ten times a day. I take really good care of my phone, always keep it in a case. No water damage or anything.

I have seen videos where people take a picture in a completely dark room with nothing but the focus assist light turned on and the picture comes out like it was taken in the day.No matter what I try, I cannot replicate this.With all settings are on Auto ( default ) and the flash off, I get nothing but a black picture.

I had an e72, and the pictures were bigger on this phone because of the lower resolution, but it's better to view the pictures big.Is there a possible solution to enlarge the picture or something, or lower the resolution to view the pictures. Every time i open them, i get the message (in italian) about an unknown error and, if I continue, I see only grey and white checks. My phone has multiple resets ad the direction of Motorola, and has been in for a circuit board replacement.Now the screen still freezes and the reception is hopeless.I am sure this handset is a lemon.It is still under warranty, 11 months old.
