Motorola Triumph :: Skype Video Calls Now Work On Triumph?
Sep 30, 2011After yesterday's update, skype video calling now works on the triumph. It does not show in the supported devices list, but I have tested it and was able to videoconference.

Aug 7, 2011I have tried multiple ring tones, and the incoming calls only ring once. This is my 2nd Triumph and this one ends in software/firmware 038.
BTW, it seems like people with software/firmware 039 has more issues with their phones, such as flickering and random reboot.

May 2, 2012On my previous Triumph, I could silence an incoming notification (phone call/SMS message, etc) whenever I tapped the Power Key (the silver button on the left side of the handset). That doesn't work on the replacement.

May 20, 2012I just activated my Motorola Triumph yesterday, and everything's been working wonderfully...except for the graphics/pictures on the internet browser. It will not display pictures or graphics, even when it shows that the page has "fully loaded." Graphics/pics work just fine through the Facebook app and other apps, just not the browser. I've only tried simple solutions, like restarting it, but I haven't been able to make it work.

Nov 16, 2011I have spent number hours on the phone w/tech support. My orig phone wouldn't save my #s to reactivate. I was constantly having to reactivate via tech support to no avail. I am not able to upload photos or videos and send them via email or text msg, but they will upload to FB. I received a replacement phone yesterday. Uploaded and sent 1 photo via text and it seemed to work. Shut off phone last night and this morning when I turned it on it said I need to reactivate. I did it without having to call tech support but just tried to upload and send a photo via text and it won't do it.

Jan 15, 2012Is there anyone out there that can help with this? I have only had my phone for about 40 days (10 days past Radio Shack's return policy, unfortunately), and beginning 3 or 4 days ago my phone stopped consistently charging. I would put it on the charger and it would look like it is working for a few minutes, then simply stop charging. I have tried 3 different chargers with the same results-- one with a USB connection to my computer, one in my car, and one plugged into a wall.I already exchanged this Triumph once because of serious software glitches including a keyboard that wouldn't always type. I am starting to feel like perhaps this isn't the phone for me, but it feels terrible to feel like I have been cheated $300 for a phone that doesn't want to work.

Sep 19, 2011Besides us waiting for some sign of a software update to address the issues with our Motoroloa Triumph, does anyone else find it curious how difficult it is to find the accessories for the Triumph? I mean, it's impossible to find something by going to the Motorola Store for the phone. However, if you circumnavigate the site and search on all Android Phones, and find the one phone for Virgin Mobile (by carrier), then find the teeny tiny link for Accessories, one does determine there is a BT headset and also a car charger. But wait, the car charger isn't even available yet.
It's not good commentary that there isn't Motorola badged batteries and car chargers and earbuds, Micro HDMI to HDMI cables, USB charging cables available for the product from Motorola, when clearly, this stuff is available on eBay. And I've recently purchased a very good OEM Motorola Charger and USB charging cables... so the question becomes, where is Motorola's support for the phone? I propose someone feedback to Motorola that besides waiting for needed SW updates, we could use a little product support in the way of accessories.

Apr 22, 2011Since I got my Atrix about two months ago, I have had several issues that I have seen posted and am still awaiting a fix. Like horrible call signal when iPhone has no problem, security lock timer, voice quality from my handset, but I have not read about this other one with the Incoming Call. This issue is very random for me, but when people call me, usually I get their image in the middle and what looks like the lock screen, with one bar on left and right that can be swiped to answer or hang up. This is the screen that I get maybe 75% of the time, but every so often I get another Incoming call screen that doesn't have the bars that swipe, but at the very bottom it has two large buttons, a green one to answer and a red one to ignore. I know not a big deal, you either swipe or press a button right? Well it also affects the ringtone, when I get the slider buttons, the ringtones work fine, but when I get the buttons, it uses the original default ringtone, not even the default ringtone I have setup on the phone. I don't have any other dialer or call log app installed, I just set up my ringtones in settings and choosing individual users. Anyways, I like the button screen dialer, better than the default swipe one, but is there a way I could set a default and not get different incoming call screens.
