ive had this phone for a couple weeks, its not as great as my droid 1 but i cant complain its a kool phone, my problem is the volume for music, i thought it was my headphones so i went out n bought some sony $79.99 headphones n they sounds amazing, but the volume is low!
ive tried all the volume boost programs but none work, my music player "player pro" has a EQ that i can raise the DB it helps but i know it can go higher, because i tried to download a program called "Volume boost" installed it does nothing but for some reason i changed it downloaded as ZIP format and when i extracted it from "androidzip" as soon as it was done the volume BLASTED my headphones it was amazing, but when im done listening to music and listen hours later or somthing its back down, so i have to keep extracting the zip, somtimes it works and somtimes it doesnt but i do DEFINATLY know that the volume can infact go up higher, program that works when wanted?
secret hidden volume setting tthru dial pad?? *#*344656444*#* something?
I've been having some problems lately with the volume output through the headphone jack when I and using the media player. I found that it is sometimes very quiet, and the only fix I have found so far is making a call (I usually just call my voicemail and hang up right away, after the call is done the music volume picks up), however this does not work all of the time.

I haven't dropped the phone, or done anything out of the ordinary. Checked all the settings and they are fine.
Ringtones work and other sounds on the phone work fine but I have the feeling it might be the internal speaker. =/ I have found that I can put a person on speaker phone and I can hear them but when I take it off I can't!

I have a problem with using my phone that started several weeks ago and has been steadily getting worse. When I make a call, the person on the other end answers and I can hear them but they can't hear me. This also happens occasionally when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I have good reception, 4 or 5 bars. I haven't accidentally hit the mute button with my cheek. I try turning the mute button on and off with no results. I have shut the phone off for a while and then started it up and there is no improvement.
Today I was probably able ot only talk to 60% of the people that I tried dialing. There is one person in particular that I have to call multiple times per day for business and this happens 95% of the time with her. I depend on being able to use the phone; I'm in the life safety business. As far as I can tell, everything else works, other apps work just fine. I can text and email, surf the net, etc. I have an iPhone 4 version 6.0.1 (software?). It doesn't seem to matter if I am on a 3G or E network. The problem persists. No, I don't want to update the iOS, the GUI is butt ugly (Steve would be turning over in his grave if he saw this iOS) and everyone that I know that has an iPhone 4 and has done the 'upgrade' has had problems with slow operation and battery suck.Â

When I try to use a voice command application such as Google's Voice Search or Vlingo the phones microphone is disabled. Both applications run an animation that lets you know that the phone is "hearing". I receive no indication that the mic is active. However, if I plug my (Non-Mic) headphones into the Triumphs jack the voice recognition comes alive. This lasts for one command though. If I try to voice a second command I again get no response. At this point pulling the headphones out of the jack again activates the voice application for one command.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy bluetooth devices work fine with my previous phone (Sanyo SCP-3810). Main device is LG HFB-500 speakerphone. But the volume is much too low with my Motorola Triumph. Can barely hear anything at max volume. Seems to be a common problem for Android devices. How about a fix Moto?
View 15 Replies View RelatedWhen my music pauses for an email or text notification, it starts back at a much lower volume.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I call others it happens once in every 3-5 calls that others can not hear my voice. It sometimes happens that the voice mutes in the middle of a call.. Sometimes I hear an echo of my own voice. It has kept happening since a month ago while before then I hardly had any problem using the phone. I eagerly wish to get it solved since I surely believe this is a software problem or perhaps a bug.

I bought IPhone 4s It was working perfectly for two days, since I start using it. But when I updated a new version of iOS 5.1.1 it is not working properly, When I call someone, I can't hear them, but they can. When I put it on speaker, I can hear. But otherwise I can't.

This is my first iPhone, and I don't usually make or receive a lot of calls, (I communicate much more with texts.) I received 2 calls recently and it was almost impossible to hear the other person. I tried hitting the + on the side, but it didn't seem to affect the sound volume. Is there something I am missing in the settings, or something else I am missing? I don't use any type of headset/headphones, as those are prohibited at work. I will say I have a Belkin case on the phone, so it's possible I may not have been hitting the volume controls like I thought. I just wondered if there was something I was missing elsewhere. I am hoping this is just operator error and nothing wrong with the phone.

This is my second Triumph, while 1/2 of my issues were resolved because I got a replacement, the following are issues that are happening with both phones and I'm not sure if these issues will be fixed, or if there is something I can do on my end.
Phone volume - No matter what, the volume is low.... the other phone was way lower, on this one I can hear people, but its like my volume at 50% on my intercept. When the phone is being used as a phone, it sounds like the speaker is blown, on top of it being low. Speakerphone sounds ok, but still volume is low.
Bluetooth - I have tried this with 3 headsets, so its not the headset. When I connect, it will disconnect on its own sometimes reconnecting, but most of the time it doesn't. It will show the icon that it has a connection, but it doesn't (even if I turn the headset off, it still shows the icon is connected). And of course, volume, if its down to 50%, I can't hear anything.
Phone Dialer - If I try to use this to dial the phone, it sticks. So I have to press a 5, then wait for 10 seconds, then press a 2, then wait for 10 seconds, etc. Using speed dial.
WiFi - I have a strong wi-fi connection. It's a cable modem. But when I select my wi-fi, it says its connected, but I get connection errors when I try to get e-mail, go on you tube, etc. I have to restart my phone and then connect to get it to work.
I don't have much installed on the phone, and I have 893 mb remaining. I don't like my battery life getting killed, so I turn off my 3g and everything when I'm not using it and don't have apps running in the background. Battery life is lasting around 36 hours on a charge.
how do i make a video pop up as an incoming call, not just the music but the video?
View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter yesterday's update, skype video calling now works on the triumph. It does not show in the supported devices list, but I have tested it and was able to videoconference.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI do not hear a dial tone and not hear the voice of the person I'm talking about.
View 4 Replies View RelatedIs there anyone out there that can help with this? I have only had my phone for about 40 days (10 days past Radio Shack's return policy, unfortunately), and beginning 3 or 4 days ago my phone stopped consistently charging. I would put it on the charger and it would look like it is working for a few minutes, then simply stop charging. I have tried 3 different chargers with the same results-- one with a USB connection to my computer, one in my car, and one plugged into a wall.I already exchanged this Triumph once because of serious software glitches including a keyboard that wouldn't always type. I am starting to feel like perhaps this isn't the phone for me, but it feels terrible to feel like I have been cheated $300 for a phone that doesn't want to work.
View 7 Replies View RelatedBesides us waiting for some sign of a software update to address the issues with our Motoroloa Triumph, does anyone else find it curious how difficult it is to find the accessories for the Triumph? I mean, it's impossible to find something by going to the Motorola Store for the phone. However, if you circumnavigate the site and search on all Android Phones, and find the one phone for Virgin Mobile (by carrier), then find the teeny tiny link for Accessories, one does determine there is a BT headset and also a car charger. But wait, the car charger isn't even available yet.
It's not good commentary that there isn't Motorola badged batteries and car chargers and earbuds, Micro HDMI to HDMI cables, USB charging cables available for the product from Motorola, when clearly, this stuff is available on eBay. And I've recently purchased a very good OEM Motorola Charger and USB charging cables... so the question becomes, where is Motorola's support for the phone? I propose someone feedback to Motorola that besides waiting for needed SW updates, we could use a little product support in the way of accessories.
Mine is a all new Motorola Atrix 4G. Its since 2 months i had purchased.Since two days it started to give issues while talking calls. I am not able to hear the voice of caller. But the caller was able to hear properly without any issues. However, When I try to call any customer care phones, I am able to hear the automated voice too.It does not to make sense to me why I am not able to hear the callers' voice (only if it is humans).
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got my photon yesterday night and when talking to others it sound like the phone is hollow and my voice is echoing back through the shell of the phone. I noticed this also after i check the store floor model and seem's the same issue(both were defective?). Callers on other end hear me fine, so it's not there phone or the service.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI cannot here voicemail no matter what I do. Phone volume is at max, I tried to use the speakerphone etc. There is a very faint recording volume that you can hear if it is absolutely quite and you listed to it 2-3 times. Phone is at the latest update. Is there any way to adjust the volume?
