Everytime I use my Amazon Cloud Player on my Photon, the phone freezes up completely after playing a few (~3 ish) songs. The only way to get functionality back is to take the battery out.
View 6 RepliesEverytime I open my contacts my phone freezes and prompts me to force close or wait. When I try to set up a group the point where you add contacts the screen is black and when you press the option button on the phone sends me to the keyboard but doesnt do anything and lags.
View 6 Replies View Related I have lots of music "in" my Amazon cloud. When I decide to down load a track or album, the default download is to the internal memory and not to my SD card. Is there a way to change the download defaut location?
Also, does anyone have an opinion as where is the best place for cloud storage for music. Although I like to buy from Amazon, I am not too impressed with their cloud. I cannot edit file names for instance.
Everytime I drop my phone in the dock the phone stays on! It was on all night! I went to Applications>Development> Unchecked Stay Awake and it keeps becomming checked everytime I reinstert it onto the Motorola Dock! So annoying, I made sure the phone is up to date and still this bug exists. Anyone know of a fix or work around?

I did a full factory reset about a month ago. the last couple of days the phone has been freezing with the alarm. the alarm will go off and I might get one or two snoozes out of it then the display freezes and is unresponsive. O can push the power button to get the power off menu but the screen will not respond to allow a power off, I must remove the battery to reset the phone.and as anyone who has a Photon knows how much fun putting the back on is. Any ideas.again this is a pretty fresh reboot and I do not have near as many apps running as before the reboot

Before I could take out battery, now Its just 100% stuck on Motorola screen. Its been charging, Ive tried everything! Its going on day two.... my Droid HTC started this way. Service fixed it, for a bit then back to same problems. I upgraded to this phone, Sprint said since its past my 30 days, more $ out of my pocket. for just a refurbished one. I just want to turn it on and have my touch screen work and receive what Im paying for. I need my phone at all times for my child!

Ever since I downloaded the operating system to my phone, Itunes crashes when I plug my phone into my computer. the itunes app on my phone works fine, but is frustrating because I have many movies and music stored on my computer that I cannot get to because of this freezing issue. Before I had updated to the most recent IOS it worked just fine. you would think that apple would have fixed this issue by now because I am not the only one with this problem.

View 7 Replies View RelatedIf I wanted to delete a song or make a new playlist and adjust it on my iphone through itunes it has the spinning wheel of death. mostly for a minute or so, but sometimes it just freezes and i have to force quit out of it. i have an iphone 4s and use a mac. everything is up to date and this has been occuring ever since i got my phone a few months ago, didn't really bother me until now because i now know someone else who has this same issue. it can get really aggravating when i try to make playlist and it just freezes for a few minutes when i move one song.

My satio freezes everytime I press the menu. The battery has to be remove so it can be re-started. Re- formatting using the repair option in the PC Suite several times didn't help even it says Repair complete and latest software downloaded.

View 13 Replies View RelatedIt doesn't seem to matter what musiv player I am using but if I am moving around like walking, Music will speed up and slow down and the player will stop for a while and then start up. I thihk the stopping is happening when the Photon is acquiring data. Is there any way to prioritize the player so it wont stop? Does anyone else have an issue with the player speeding up? It doesn't speed up radically, just enough so that the music pitches up about a halt step. As a musician, this is terribly annoying.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI noticed that I was no longer seeing any updates for apps downloaded from the Amazon app store. To be clear, this is not the Android Market but the Amazon Appstore for Android.After the upgrade, I did have to login to the Amazon Appstore, but could use and download apps fine.I saw some posts in various places regarding people having trouble running apps they had download from the Amazon Appstore. They were told to delete and re-download the Appstore and login again. That didn't seem to have any effect for me.
I noticed that under my account in the Appstore, I had 3 devices registered with names close to 'Motorola Droid X'. I deregistered all of them and signed in again, from the phone, just to clean up all of those devices.Still no updates present when looking at the Update Available option from the Appstore.The last thing I did was go to the Amazon Appstore on the phone, select menu and My Apps, then press the Refresh Icon towards the top of the display. Then select the Update Available option (as I'd done many times previously) and the apps that I was expecting to have updates, all showed up.
I copied over videos from amazon instant to my droid x and it says needs need lisences. How do I go about fixing this so I can watch my videos. It only happenx for some of the movies I tranfered.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I uprgraded my Xoom wi-fi to ICS, Amazon Prime videos became totally unviewable. I almost gave up ever being able to use the Xoom for viewing streaming videos again. Then I read, on this forum, that Adobe had upgraded Flash and that now the videos should be okay. I have since watched bout 4 or 5 videos and they were very smooth without a single hiccup or sign of dropped frames. However, I tried to watch "Explorers" and it is totally unviewable with jerky sound and blocky video. I tried restarting it several times with no change. Then I picked a different video, also on Amazon Prime, and it worked fine.

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have a wifi only xoom running android 4.0.3. yesterday i got the ics update and my ability to watch video from amazon on my xoom in my browser went bad. prior to the update it worked on and off but when it had problems they were never like this, and when it had problems they showed up on all computers i own that tried to use the service. the problem on the xoom tablet continues today. the video is pixelated and very choppy. the audio is very crackly and popping. this is not the way it worked prior to the upgrade.
i can watch the same video on my desktop chrome browser and it works fine. i can watch it on firefox browser and it works. on the xoom i can use the andriod marketplace to buy a video and watch it and it works fine. i can use the xoom browser to view ted and Internet videos and they work fine. is it the browser, the ics update, or is the amazon delivery system antagonistic to ics? also i noticed a very sharp drop in audio volume output of all kinds once the isc upgrade had been done. i simply can not turn up the volume loud enough to hear it easily.
My Music player not opening. I formatted my phone memory but still getting the problem. when i restart my phone it will open but after few minutes start troubling again,when i try to play some files the phone freezes. Anyone experiencing this problem?
