I have been trying to start the Facebook application for E72. It starts up but then freezes and the quits everytime. Is there a problem with the phone or the application?
I was very well using the FB app on my N97 mini.
I am running my E72 on the 031.023 software version. I downloaded the Facebook application from the Ovi Store. It installed correctly. When I run the application, it takes me to the screen where you have to type in your e-mail and password. After typing in my e-mail, when I activate the password field the application freezes for a split-second and then closes spontaneously, with no error message or anything else.I already tried reinstalling the latest software version and reinstalling the application, to no success. I also tried typing in the password before the e-mail, but the same thing happens.I do not want to use those other applications that manage your social networks, I want to be able to use the official facebook application offered by Nokia's official store on my phone which cost me a lot of money and should be able to do these things.

Ever since I downloaded the operating system to my phone, Itunes crashes when I plug my phone into my computer. the itunes app on my phone works fine, but is frustrating because I have many movies and music stored on my computer that I cannot get to because of this freezing issue. Before I had updated to the most recent IOS it worked just fine. you would think that apple would have fixed this issue by now because I am not the only one with this problem.

If I wanted to delete a song or make a new playlist and adjust it on my iphone through itunes it has the spinning wheel of death. mostly for a minute or so, but sometimes it just freezes and i have to force quit out of it. i have an iphone 4s and use a mac. everything is up to date and this has been occuring ever since i got my phone a few months ago, didn't really bother me until now because i now know someone else who has this same issue. it can get really aggravating when i try to make playlist and it just freezes for a few minutes when i move one song.

My satio freezes everytime I press the menu. The battery has to be remove so it can be re-started. Re- formatting using the repair option in the PC Suite several times didn't help even it says Repair complete and latest software downloaded.

I have to restart my phone to use the application and then again for a few seconds. I have hard and soft reseted my phone, removed the maps folder and the application and downloaded/installed them again. To add insult to injury the Nokia people in MALTA say they cannot help me out because my phone was bought from the far east and is a different version?

I went to update the email setup application on my new 9330 and throughout the update, it prompted me several times with the message: ? is also used by "Email Setup Application." If you proceed "Email setup application" may cease to function properly. Proceed? I don't know what the ? preceding the beginning of the statement means. After I clicked on this several times throughout the update it finally updated and prompted for a restart. I restarted and the phone filled up the status bar and froze. Even after I removed and replaced the battery several times. I got the phone to unfreeze finally but I won't update the email installer again until this problem is worked out.
View 4 Replies View Relatedfor about 3 months my phone has been able to upload any picture on facebook and now whenever i try to upload a picture from my bb it'll allow me to pick it and it will upload but the whole bb freezes and the white screen comes on and says "app error: reset?" and i don't have an option but to click reset. i hate having to reset my blackberry over and over and i've even done a master reset where all my contacts pictures apps EVERYTHING got deleted in attempts to fix the problem but it won't work.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI've paired my 5233 via Bluetooth to both home and work Macs (G4 & Intel). File browsing and transfer via Bluetooth File Exchange works flawlessy on both. However, when I connect to the other Mac, even while it's already on favorites and it shows on the list, the phone asks for the passkey, as does the Mac. After this I can connect and disconnect as many times as I want from that Mac, no passkey needed anymore. However, if I now connect to the other Mac, it again asks for passkey, so I have to key it on both phone and Mac. Again, I can connect and reconnect from that one without need for passkey... until I go to the other Mac, it again asks for it.
I never try to pair the phone to the two Macs at once.
I am curious why on the 'Paired Devices' list on the Bluetooth menu on the phone there is only *one* device, the computer, and no matter what shortname I set when connected to any one of the two Macs, theres only one, shouldn't there be 2 devices there on the list, the individual work and home machines? I've set them as 'Authorized', both on the phone and on the Macs, why does it keep asking for the passkey when I change from one machine to the other?
everytime when i try to use wifi to access internet either using browser to surf, accessing the facebook or Internet applications using wifi, the phone screen goes dim, and goes back to the main screen (the wlan is automatically off when the phone restarts).
