Jun 20, 2011A message keeps apeparing on my curve every few seconds or so. It says "you are attempting to open a secure connection, but the server's connection is not trusted." Then I have 4 options Continue, Close Connection, View Certificate or Trust Certificate. It doesn't matter which one I select and follow, the message still keeps appearing. The cert is for chat.facebook.com, and then when you select it it saysDigiCert High Assurance CA-3.

Mostly the small pictures Avatars beside comments and such, doesnt show anymore. The small pictures are just blank often and they dont appear even if page is reloaded. Sometimes a few are loaded but many are missing, and often none of them loads. Not even my own. Doesnt matter if I use WiFi or mobile conecction
It used to work before but not since last one or two facbook app updates. Tried to delete the cahce files of the app but didnt help. If I uninstall updates will it not set it back to the very first version of the app? Thats not so good.

I downloaded social netwoking applications such as Twitter and Facebook directly from Backberry Phone. Neither facebook nor blackberry messenger is working on my phone.Ive tried restarting my blackberry 11 times today and I've also tried deleting both facebook and bbm and re-downloading them both but neither of them are working.When going onto facebook I get an error message saying "Facebook is unavaliable at this time. Please try again later (100)." And with my bbm, I try sending a message but it won't send, and everytime I add a new contact's PIN it says "pending confirmation" and the person ends up never getting the request to add them as a bbm contact.I have the social plan for my blackberry which means I get faceboko, twitter, bbm etc. It started doing this early this morning and nothing is fixing it.

Mar 17, 2012A hard reset (remove the battery while the BB is on) seems to have worked. I say seemed since it has been reported on this board that it may return when the "service books" are updated...I'm new to BBs. I just purchased it today and against my better judgment installed FAcebook (FB). After getting a deluge of mindless drivel pushed to my new BB I decided FB was not coming near my BB again.So I found the icon - menu - delete. I restart the BB as instructed and to my surprise the icon is still there.I tried to move the icon into a folder but I don't know how to move it because the menu button does nothing when I select the icon and press menu.
And there are some FB messages too. I deleted the FB messages - when I check my messages it reports I have no messages in FB ... BUT there is a little FB icon at the top of the screen showing one message. This one message seems to be relic but I have no idea how to reset or delete it.I also tried the BB desktop software. It shows that it is uninstalled. There appears to be no way of deleting icon, moving the icon, or deleting the FB message indicator either.

Jul 14, 2012I have a blackberry 9360 but the chat of facebook doesn't connect with my account. If i connect with my sister account for example, it does work. sometimes it talks about 501 error, but i've tried to reboot the bb, erase the cache and even reinstall the app several times and it keeps not working. Sometimes it says that i'm already connected but then there is no one connected. i've checked on the facebook.com site from the pc but there appear a lot of people online so i don't understand what happens to my chat on bb.
