I have tried a large number of times to download it through the app world and online on my phone, however it always takes me to the same page including reviews, summary and screenshot of facebook for blackberry. From here I cannot find a way to complete the download and it often freezes on this page for a long period of time.

The process I go through downloading is correct but I don't understand why my device isn't showing/downloading the application BlackBerry Maps. After I go through the process and reach the "download" part, it only downloads the BlackBerry Maps installer and that's it, after rebooting which it asks, no Maps is downloaded. I have tried this several times to no avail. I have a Bolg 9780.

View 1 Replies View RelatedNokia is really driving me nuts with this, I have one applicaiton in particular that will just not complete the download. It is a paid application so, when I get a message, maximum download attempts reached, it is very upsetting. I have logged feedback request via the built in feature in the application store and you can see clearly Nokia does not care what response they send a person.Upon further research, I find some other applications have this issue too.
