Sep 26, 2010i hav nokia 2700c. Whenever i download some app. after full downloading has completed it shows invalid application,why is it so?

Nokia Applications :: Application Or Updates Not Downloading?
Mar 30, 2012Nokia is really driving me nuts with this, I have one applicaiton in particular that will just not complete the download. It is a paid application so, when I get a message, maximum download attempts reached, it is very upsetting. I have logged feedback request via the built in feature in the application store and you can see clearly Nokia does not care what response they send a person.Upon further research, I find some other applications have this issue too. Aug 21, 2010I'm trying to download a few freebie games (Yetisports/Penguin thingy 2 etc.). Whichever download I choose on my phone, and I get to the installer, it tells me that the Jar file is invalid. This is a joke from Nokia, forcing you to download their OVI files through your phone.

Feb 10, 2010I just purchased the e72 a week ago, and somehow my wireless modem at home wont let me connect to the internet. I'm using the ZyXel Prestige 600 series.I've tried tweaking the advance settings in control panell>>settings>>connections>>destinations>>internet>>"mywirelssconnectionname">>advance settings and tried configuring a static ip address..but still everytime i try to connect to the internet, the browser shows "invalid server name"..its really frustrating. I've also tried changing the WLAN security mode..still no luck.

But when I began browsing through the Ovi Store and decided to try and download some free apps, I get to the downloading screen but that's as far as I can go; the downloading bar never goes past 0%. Jan 4, 2010I was downloading applications on my phone and during the process it would stop working. I closed out of the Ovi store and now it will not even open. I click on the Ovi store app button and it pops up the symbol(Nokia Ovi) and sits there for eternity. I have reset the phone 3 times and to no avail, it continues. I have uninstalled the application 4-5 times and even tried to download the earlier version. I still can't get into the Ovi store.
I am not sure what happened. I contacted Nokia and they say that my phone doesnt support the Ovi store. My question is HOW was i downloading apps for a week and all of a sudden it just doesnt work. Why would ONE phone not be supported by nokia when clearly on the box, in the instructions, etc., it states that the Ovi store is accessable? I have had this phone for a week and a half and it already has these problems? What kind of smart phone CANT support or download applications, themes, and games.
